Tarot Card of the month: May 2025, Page of Swords

 

May will be a very fast paced month for everyone, this is swift moving energy that will bring clarity to many situations, expect some shocks. The youth on the card is front and foremost he rules his environment and everything in his sight. This is a dominant male energy, it has a youthful feel, but war is a young man's domain not an old mans' the older men are the power behind them though, orchestrating things. 

The youth depicted on the card is also prepared to defend himself come what may, with all his might. His beliefs, his values, right from wrong, he is prepared to get things done. 

This card tells us it is a time for insight, action and justice, get off the fence and get things done now.

As I look over the card I feel the words "boots on the ground", the page is wearing red boots and the colour red is male energy, anger, passion, and action. He is standing on uneven ground, close to the edge. He is unable to see that he may stumble and fall because he is looking over his shoulder. Now as I said this is a fast moving energy, so anything can happen. The clouds are blowing away quickly, the trees behind him are swaying with the force of the wind. The page is checking to see who is behind him, as in who is there beside him to back him up. That can also be seen as watching his own back for a hidden enemy or a sneak attack. Are his allies by his side to back him up in his battles or is he being left to his own devices?

This feels like Ukraine's Zelensky feeling nobody has his back anymore and that worries him. There is a surge happening and he needs more defence to fend off Russia. Unfortunately the European leaders are not so keen to keep going, they are more focussed on protecting and defending their own countries, nor will they let Ukraine join the EU or NATO. This will anger mr Zelensky  a great deal and he feels disrespected despite the friendly reception from these leaders. The cost of a no win war is enormous and is draining other nations of their money. 

Be prepared for sudden and unexpected events in May, it is time to avoid scattered thinking and focus on your intended directions. Defence, budgits, immigration and refugees flooding into host nations are serious key issues this month. People in Europe and the UK/ Eire are now demanding their governments stop the flow of refugees into their countries, The citizens have lost faith in their respective governments and these politicians are just ignoring the wishes of the public; which produces tensions. expect more arrivals from Africa and the Middle East which will be met with more public disapproval. 

Expect angry demonstrations in England especially as the weather heats up, so does public anger. Be warned and avoid angry people. I do feel there is a very firm grip on the public by some western leaders as they take hard control over freedom of speech against their own citizens. This will cause an angry backlash to a point where the public feel they are on their own with no one to back them up. This will trigger a crisis. 

Notice how low the clouds are to the ground on the card, they are shielding or hiding something from view. I feel this is something like a conflict coming from a distance, unseen and unchecked arriving suddenly catching the government off guard. People are unprepared for this situation  as they are distracted by something else. I do feel part of this is drastic changes to laws in the UK in particular taking further rights away from the citizens which will provoke a hostile reaction by design. This is a deliberate action by the government to see how far they can go with the public. 

Poor communication and gaps in communication will cause stalls among world leaders at high levels and will be problematic this month. 

Donald Trump erupts and throws his hands up in the air with Ukraine until he gets what he wants. Will the US abandon Ukraine? It's possible due to it being an unwinnable war, there is no headway being made in dialogue or in combat to make an effective end to the war. This feels like bad leadership and inconsistencies by western leaders and Ukrainian leaders. 

Trump is looking at the money invested in the Ukraine war and sees it as a waste, he is not inclined to invest more money and resources. However this war is going to drag on a bit longer than the expected ceasefire in springtime, even though European leaders know they are flogging a dead horse. 

The Ukrainian people are strong and resourceful, but they cannot go on indefinitely, lives are disrupted or destroyed here.  People are moving from Eastern Ukraine to Western Ukraine to rebuild their lives but may be resented by Western Ukrainians moving into their region. 

Mr Zelensky has a yolk around his neck and is under constant pressure and feels the EU and NATO are keeping some distance between him and them. I feel that the EU and NATO are more concerned for their own nations welfare. This will be a reality check for Zelensky and in May he is on unsteady ground, he must tread very carefully as his services may not be required much longer. 

Ukraine will be cut loose soon and this will anger many Ukrainian people, leaving them asking the big question, what has it all been for? The simple answer is, money, power and politics, ordinary people's lives don't matter, we never do. 

China is having a reality check in May economically and when they find out what is happening with their own military. The Chinese public are feeling the effects of the tariffs and the cost of living is biting and job loss. This will be a problem for the government to come up with a solution to help the public. The public will be angry at their drop in living standards. 

India is  still in political disarray  and will continue to do so for a while longer with political upheaval and clashes with the public.     

Expect more greenie and climate change nonsense in the news this month also, there will be more protests however the general public have had enough of this and will come out against them and their disruptive behaviour. The greenies and climate change advocates are going to find they are very unpopular globally and only have diehard supporters left. 

Innovation is part of the fast sweeping energy in May, with bright ideas and leadership which includes young people. This card also reminds us of flashes of insight that reinforces this energy.

With the fast moving energy in May it will be hard to catch your breath, try not to over do it with this busy month. Plenty people have ants in their pants and want to do things and go places now that the weather is warming up in the northern hemisphere and with the warm weather still dragging on in the southern hemisphere too, people are still enjoying the great outdoors. I see cycling will be a popular activity  with the lovely weather bringing people out in the sunshine. 

Unfortunately I must warn people of danger around boats or ships for sudden conflict and piracy. This feels like sudden attacks on a boat or boats including cruise ships. So, please  be warned and be very careful, check with foreign affairs in your country including your government's  websites and the news for places to avoid. 

Do not take any risks, I have a very strong feeling with conflict around water.

This is extremely distressing reading for me and knowing that the Koala population in Australia is in decline as it is. I understand that seriously injured koalas have to be euthanised humanely but, if rescuers can get into the area safely then they should be allowed in to rescue the joeys and any adult koalas deemed to be able to survive. It was bad enough during the bushfires of 2019 with the massive loss of lives of our wildlife. Bushfires and culling of habitat by developers are the biggest threats to our Koalas. Proper back burning at the appropriate times of the year and the removal of debris that fuels bushfires is vital to prevent future disasters. This is something that all government agencies in Australia are well aware of but often ignored.

I have absolutely no respect for Scottish politicians and people that crap on women, we women have suffered horrendously at the hands of what pathetically passes as men. I am no damn feminist, I can’t stand feminists, but back the hell off of women and our rights. 

I have no problem whatsoever with transgender people and I believe in respect and human rights for everyone,  but stop this leftist propaganda and using vulnerable people for a political agenda. Let people live in peace and treat each other with respect and dignity. But not at the price of women and girls. I have survived abuse in many ways in my life from early childhood, and have absolutely no tolerance towards anyone that disrespects or undermines women and girls. 

On the other hand how the hell does someone that pretends to have a womb or our reproductive organs get better treatment than biological women? Try going through period pain, miscarriage, endometriosis and menopause. Try going through continuous domestic violence, rape and sexual harassment, try living with coercive control and being denied your human rights and freedom for thousands of years, being murdered because of your gender, baby girls being aborted because they are worthless in the eyes of their culture or  honour killings and female genital mutilation. Being made to remain silent until given permission to speak, yes, I have been there too in family settings. 

We women have had to put up with being denied a job or promotion, equal pay and bullying in the workplace because of our gender, and I am speaking from personal experience and in some of these occurrences I was pregnant. Not one male stood up for me, management tried to hush it all up and not even the union were willing to get involved in one serious incident because it wasn’t in their interests as there wasn’t any election due. All hell would break out and the media go nuts if this happens to a man or a transgender person. What’s wrong with this picture? 

I personally am a very humane person and I would definitely stand by a transgender person being mistreated or being harassed etc. But, I doubt very much if the situation was reversed, would I get the same respect and care though. Because the male psyche is still under the surface and is far more important than any worthless female. That politically charged agenda ain’t gonna work with me, I am woman hear me roar!

 The other big day of celebrating the seasons, Easter is almost here, it’s such a pretty time of year whether you’re in the northern hemisphere or the southern hemisphere. There are beautiful colours to see and enjoy with beautiful flowers, bulbs in bloom, the leaves on trees are either lush green or in beautiful autumn colours. No  matter where you live in the world, I hope you have a safe and pleasant Easter weekend. Let the inner child within you out to enjoy the sunshine and festivities of the season.

Poor young woman to go through such pain and suffering, but the negligence and ignorance from her GP and other doctors in the hospital is shocking. Because she is young and female she is treated so poorly as usual in the health system. 

Many of us have been through such sexist arrogant treatment, yet nothing changes even when it’s female doctors and nurses. I am glad to see that she got her diagnosis and treatment. That pain and suffering must be horrific and the disbelief from the medical community compounding this. 

Too young to have bladder issues?? What ignorance and stupidity from educated medical professionals. But that is bog standard mentality in the health sector. Too young to get cancer, too young to have reproductive issues, too young to have menopause etc. The human body is not a one size fits all, it is as different as you and I, so doctors should never assume anything. Investigate and rule out first using a process of elimination and scans. A scan should have been done as soon as she went longer than 24 hours without urinating. This is gender based discrimination and age based discrimination against young women. But to first offer a laxative is utterly ridiculous, why give bowel treatment to a bladder issue? and the longer you go without urinating leads to infection. 

Many years ago my oldest child was in excruciating pain like this getting out of his car seat. We had been shopping early one morning and just gotten back home. He was perfectly fine until I was getting his baby brother and him out of the car seats, when he started screaming in pain. 

Unable to stand up easily and crying, I managed to get him and his little brother into the house and rang for an ambulance. As soon as he got into A. and E and his father arrived from his office nearby the doctors were very quick and thorough. It turned out he hadn’t been to the toilet when he got out of bed in the morning. I had expected him to have been to the toilet as usual on waking. He was able to urinate no problem in the hospital and was a happy camper right away. Now he was a small boy just weeks away from starting school, and he was given very good care by the ambulance crew and the doctor because he was a small child, so when a young woman is unable to urinate for 24 hours why is she treated so poorly? She is obviously an intelligent woman and knows something is wrong but nobody will listen to her. 

She is put in a mental health ward because they refuse to accept the truth that she couldn’t wee. I would like to see all of the doctors she saw reprimanded for abuse and negligence in their duties of care to her. She should definitely seek legal counsel. 

Our “Bunny visitor” is inspecting our garden

Our little bunny rabbit visitor is still here, not just that he is inspecting the gardening we are doing presently. This is building new garden beds after the big box elder was removed last month.  I hope it all meets with his approval, today hubby was digging a hole for a small pond and not long after he stopped for the afternoon than Mr Bun came into the backyard via his secret entrance,  and gave the area a good inspection. 10 minutes of looking around the garden to see all that has been done and he even noticed the dish of water I put out for him. 

I laughed when I saw Mr Bun inspecting the pond, he’s not a shy bunny 🐰 he makes himself at home, and I make sure that Ruby is inside with me if I suspect that our bunny friend is in the garden. This afternoon I had let Ruby out to answer the call of nature and she was outside for ages, which had me freaking out, because I thought she might catch the rabbit. Thankfully the rabbit had managed to get out through the small hole into the front yard safely. I checked the security cameras to see where he was and there was a 10 minute gap between him leaving the backyard and miss Ruby getting outside. What a relief that was, I am terrified of her chasing the rabbit being a Jack Russell. Perhaps they are communicating psychically to each other when it’s time to go outside, lol. 

That rabbit is a busy chap, he is always on the move, I can monitor him on the cameras arriving in our front yard and leaving multiple times a day/ night. He has his favourite spots to sit too.  Must be great to be able to pick a garden and say, right I think I will have this one. Well he is going to have to sort that out with the two cats that also take shortcuts through our front yard, because they aren’t going to let him rule the garden. Let’s not forget the fox that dropped by last week. It’s getting to be a popular spot for wildlife and eventually there will be a turf war rodents versus felines. 

I get a lot of pleasure out of the animals, though I don’t think miss Ruby is very happy about that. I get the look, from her. “You not look at cats or other dogs mummy” , “I am your baby “ .  Ruby knows that she is the only fur baby now, after 5 years without any cats in the house, she won’t tolerate any other fur children at her age. So she knows she rules the roost, and that cute bunny is on notice. 

I would love to know where the burrow is because I have been reading online that the burrow should be near bye. Canberra is teaming with rabbits and it turns out our suburb is very well populated with these cuties. We do have a large green belt surrounding us and the rabbit warrens are everywhere. These little guys have to contend with foxes in the neighbourhood too as well as roaming dogs and cats to survive.

One thing that stands out in these Q and A’s is the mention of the Orion council being there to settle disputes, that is not too different from some aspects of our world. These star races are supposedly more spiritually aligned with us, but they must also have conflicts of some kind that warrant some form governing body. I am still very wary about what is out there and I feel it won’t be that much different to this matrix. That’s just my assumption though and I like everyone else will have to wait and see what happens. 

But we must be peaceful and spiritually aligned before we leave this world to prepare ourselves. Our intentions carry a lot of power and that intent is very important for our acceptance in Orion. Honesty and sincerity is our best asset as far as I am concerned. The trauma that we humans have to overcome many life times needs to be understood by the Orion hierarchy and not held against us. We didn’t do this to ourselves and the Orions have a part to play in what happened to the human spirits that were trapped here.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Kerry Greenwood. I am a huge fan of her Miss Fisher series and was shocked at the news of her sudden passing.

A foxy whiskered gentleman visiting our garden

 

I just love nature and animals in general, so this was a delightful surprise when I checked our security cameras on Monday morning. I love foxes 🦊 he ran up our driveway and up to the front door and had a sniff then ran round the front of the house and went next door. I am just glad that he didn’t harm the wild rabbit that comes every night. Mr bunny loves our garden for some reason as do cats in the neighbourhood. I love animals and I enjoy seeing them visiting my garden. I have water in a dish and water in our birdbaths for the birds all year round. 

I always feel the garden has good spiritual energy to attract wildlife and my family get a lot of joy with the wildlife visiting. My garden will always be a sanctuary for animals and birds ❤️🙏🏽🐶🐈🐰🐦‍⬛🐞🦋🐾🦘🐨

Sad to see the passing of Blondies' drummer Clem Burke  age 70. I remember him very well from the early days of playing in Blondie to being the drummer for the Eurythmics and other bands over the years.

I remember  rushing out to buy the album Parallel Lines, back in Scotland as a teenager, and a couple of singles, which I still have to this day.

Re Q1, Elon Musk is the owner of  Neuralink, that’s not exactly a thing you want to get into. Read up on it to be more informed. 

Q2, That’s a big yeah, nah! I have absolutely no time for this rubbish or hypnosis and these supposed experiences. A person’s mind can be manipulated to believe anything, and if you have the planet Neptune in your 8th house in your astrological chart, you should not have hypnosis. The reason being is, you are too susceptible to mind manipulation and very easy to be hypnotise.

Too many people are looking for fame and notoriety in this subject, nothing can be verified either. If it seems far fetched, then it usually is. Trust nothing in this world because it is a planet of lies and a very dense and low  spiritual energy. It’s very difficult to evolve spiritually or even break out of the encryption we are locked into at present which  is programmed into humans before we incarnate. Your chakra system is part of the programming process that keeps us here and it could well be our chakras are encrypted to keep us from becoming more spiritually evolved. So it would take a very determined person on a spiritual path to be able to break through this programming. One has to be very firmly committed and focused to break out of this world and go through the grid. I know that I am very determined to do this and I am a very strong person, when I set my mind on something then that’s it, I don’t back off. 

One must develop a very strong sense of self and purpose to get what one wants or needs in life. Like the old saying, where there’s a will, there’s a way. Just keep it simple and stay focused on your intent.
