Psychic and Spiritual Protection: How to Gold Light Yourself #2

 This is the one of the original Gold light techniques that I learned many years ago and it is recommended for daily use and if you do spiritual healing. With healing you do this before and after the healing session.

The reason being is, you do not want any negative energy within your aura or energy field. Spiritual hygiene is very important to both the client and the practitioner. The room that you work in must also be cleansed and protected before and after. 

The  Gold light technique can vary depending on who is teaching you or you do your own style of spiritual protection. That is up to you, whatever works for you at any given time.

Focus on pure golden light from the universe or the multiverse coming down through the top of your head via your crown chakra. (Alternatively, drawing the pure golden light down through the 10th, 9th and 8th chakras above your head and streaming down into your crown chakra). 

Filling your head, neck, shoulders and your entire aura with pure golden light from the universe/the multiverse. Next draw this pure golden light down through your neck and shoulders and into your body and entire aura. Next, I am now drawing this pure golden light down into my legs, filling my upper legs with pure golden light and including the aura around my legs. I am now drawing this pure golden light down past my knees on both legs simultaneously and including the aura around my legs.

I am now drawing this pure golden light down into my feet, starting at my heels on both feet simultaneously, and drawing this pure golden light all the way along both of my feet to the tips of my toes on both feet simultaneously, including my aura around them. 

Next focus on your shoulders, I am now drawing lots more pure golden light from the universe/multiverse down through my crown chakra (or alternatively down through the 10th, 9th, and 8th chakras above my head and down through my crown chakra) filling my head with pure golden light and now drawing this pure golden light straight down through my neck and onto my shoulders. I am now drawing this pure golden light down both of my arms simultaneously, down to my elbows  and including my aura around my arms, next I am drawing this pure golden light down into my lower arms to my wrists and including my aura around my lower arms. I am now drawing this pure golden light down into both hands simultaneously, all the way to the fingertips, including the aura around my hands and fingers.

Pause a moment and now focus on the pure golden light within your entire body and entire aura. Now here I choose to take some of this pure golden light at the tips of my toes and including my aure, and make a drag net of pure golden light and drag this net up trom my toes.

I then say, I am drawing this dragnet (net) of pure golden light up  from my toes and feet, including the aura around them, removing all disease, evil and negativity from my feet and legs but leaving enough pure golden light in place for my protection. I move the drag net slowly up my legs simultaneously, including my aura. retracing the steps above. When I get to the top of my legs, I join both nets together and draw this net all the way up my torso and including the aura around my torso. drawing this gold light drag net all the way up to my shoulders and pausing there.

Next I focus on both of my arms and hands And do the same dragnet technique in reverse leaving enough pure gold light in place as I draw all disease, evil and negativity all the way up from my fingertips, including my aura around them. repeat the steps similar to the legs until you reach the shoulders and again, join the drag nets from your arms onto the one at your shoulders. 

Next draw this big dragnet all the way up through your shoulders and neck, still leaving gold light in place for your protection as the dragnet passes  up through your body and up through your head.

Next say in your mind, I am now sending all disease, evil and negativity out through the top of my head and out into the universe?multiverse to be transmuted or else destroyed.  Next visualise the golden dragnet cascading as pure golden light down and around your entire body and entire aura.

Next step I do is place a giant ball of pure golden light around my entire body and entire aura, tucking it under my feet and sealing my entire body and entire aura inside this ball of pure golden light. I then visualise extending this ball of gold light 6 inches past my entire aura.

For added protection I place a giant mirror ball over the top of this ball of pure golden light. I then say in my head, if there is still any disease, evil or negativity within my entire body and entire aure, it is now being pushed out now, through this ball of pure golden light and out through the giant mirror ball.

All disease, evil and negativity will now be sent out into the universe to be transmuted or destroyed.

I finish with saying, I am now protected by the all that is and all that ever will be, pure spirit.

by my will so may it be, and it is so, peace. 

Note: It is up to you what way you wish to put spiritual pr psychic protection around you or your loved ones, remember it is the firm intention that makes it work and makes it powerful. Firm intention, not wishy washy or you are wasting your time and energy, literally. 

Do use space clearing essences and smudge sticks on a regular basis, both on yourself and your home or work space to keep the energy clean and protected.

The 8th, 9th and 10th Chakras

 The past few days when I have been tuning in to my chakras I have noticed the three chakras above my head are different. Suddenly I see little boats or crescent shaped chakras with my mini me sitting inside the chakras. The other thing is these are black, now that’s not a bad thing. This is not a blockage, as I have done a google search on this and it is a very interesting thing taking place. 

This is moving up into a higher energy state, usually these chakras are white, silver-white or golden and shimmering. The black is a shielding or protection for me, think of it as feminine energy like ying and yang energy. It also can mean clearing any past traumas and ready to move up to a deeper spiritual level with your higher self. This is also about opening the door to a transformation. Which is what I am striving towards. 

The 8,9 and 10th chakras sit above the head a few inches apart according to some online sources, yet others say a few feet apart. What is the actual truth here? I am damned if I know! 

I just focus on what I can see through my third eye as I am tuning in, but anyhow, it’s new to me to be actually able to see them now, but also seeing they are a crescent shape and black with my mini me inside the crescent. I need to point out that one of the tuning in techniques involves visualising a miniature version of yourself sitting inside the chakras as you are grounding. Hence my little mini me in the crescent or boat shaped chakras. 

The colour black is not in any way negative like an energy blockage. No it’s a form of shielding and it is related to the higher spiritual realms and stronger psychic abilities. Now I have not done spiritual healing for years due to my car accident 11 years ago. But of late I have been feeling a strong urge to get my healing abilities back again. I am not sure why and what is the intention behind this though. I just have a strong feeling to do this. 

The 8th chakra is also known as the soul star which is supposed to be between 6 inches to 2 feet above your head. Some say it is the seat of your soul. 

The 9th chakra sits above that and is called the stellar gateway where we have access to our akashic records and the divine.

The 10th chakra sits above that called the solar star which connects to universal consciousness. 

The other thing that I noticed in reading several articles online is there is a huge discrepancy on where the 8th and 9th and 10th chakras are placed. This tells me some people are either not being honest or they don’t have a clue.

 Which reminds me of a book that I bought at a psychic fair many years ago. This book was about the 8th chakra, and where it is in the body, what its purpose is and how to activate it. The book stated it was between the shoulder blades in our back. Well that’s not what I can see in my experience and not what others say online. 

It sounds like someone out to rake in the big bucks more than anything to be honest, and I am not the sort of person that takes kindly to liars. I feel that I was ripped off buying the book, as they say buyer beware. 

If you google the chakras mentioned you will see different people placing them all over the place. How the heck does that work? How are you meant to take any of the people seriously if they can’t even agree on where the bloody chakras are located? 

It destroys the good name of genuine healers and sows confusion in not just the public’s mind but also people that are wanting to learn healing and understanding all they need to know about the human chakra system. That’s like going to med school and the anatomy class is being taught the wrong positions of the organs. Where’s Wally or Waldo with the chakras comes to mind.

The spiritual meaning of the four equal arm Celtic Cross

 This is a highly spiritual Celtic cross of peaceful purpose, it is much older than Christianity. The four equal arms or branches cover the four cardinal points of direction, the four seasons of the year, the four elements, the four phases of the moon, the energy from the spirit world to mass and matter or the physical world, nature and keeping the energy of all things in balance. Think order out of chaos, bringing everything into peaceful harmony, like a finely tuned frequency. That is it in a nutshell all of the elements in creation finely tuned and brought together in perfect harmony. 

The circle represents the sun and the four moon phases, eternity or everlasting life force. Both this cross and the traditional Celtic high cross can be worn by anyone, however it should not be used in a negative way, because that would go right against the beliefs of Celtic spirituality. This is the only cross that I acknowledge because of its spiritual significance to the Celtic people and to pure spirit. This is about the human spirit beings having a physical human experience in the physical world of mass and matter, and knowing our place within the realm of creation. We come from spirit and return to spirit. 

 Respect for spirit, respect for creation and nature, in unity of all things is the core principle. Even the traditional Celtic knots are teaching us the concept of eternal life there is no beginning and there is no ending. Just a harmonious frequency that goes on and on into the cosmos as we send out our signals as a spiritual energy to be transmitted to a higher power that records the messages throughout the eons of time. 

The Triquerta is similar in its trinity of spirit, soul and body or life, death, rebirth. Three being a very important number spiritually. Don’t forget this is the third dimension too, and the number three is very important in human existence such as our three levels of consciousness. The higher self, the soul and the consciousness self or physical body. The number four represents balance and harmony, stability, order and protection, and the four phases of life, hence the four arms of the Celtic cross again show us. 

I personally look to the purely spiritual aspects of Celtic spirituality as the divine in nature all around me, and revere the traditional Celtic cross and Celtic symbols as truly spiritual and peaceful symbols, yet nature is both gentle and powerful at the same time with ferocious storms and powerful winds. Followed by beautiful sunshine and beautiful trees and flowers in sync with the seasons. We too must remember that we too are in synchronicity with all the forces of nature and spirit combined.

This is the link to the Rudolph Steiner archives website for anyone interested, as I said in a previous post I am not a fan nor a follower of Steiner, I don’t subscribe to his beliefs either, I am just providing the link for people who are interested in reading his work and may never have heard of him. He was one of the main movers and shakers of the spiritual movement in his time. 

There has been much more information since Steiner’s death that may not have been available to him during his lifetime such as the alien interactions with the human race going back thousands of years in many cultures of the world. This is very closely related to the spiritual teachings since the beginning of human history. Steiner was unaware of the soul trap which is a crucial piece of information humanity must know, and the facts that reincarnation and karma are not in humanity’s best interest and never were. 

For further reading I highly recommend reading the entire research of Wes Penre, starting with the infamous Wes Penre papers. There are 5 levels of learning with an extensive bibliography at the end of each chapter to allow you to research things for yourself too.  After the 5 levels of learning series, Wes has published several stand alone books available on Amazon.

I printed off the entire works of Wes’s writings so I have the complete 6th  level of learning which is a full ream of photo copying paper (500 pages). Wes did advise everyone to make copies of his work just in case it was taken down by someone. He was very serious about this and has had numerous cyber attacks on his website and his YouTube channel pulled many times. At least now people can buy his works on Amazon, either the paper format or digital. Paper can last forever but not digital. What happens if there is a national, regional or world wide cyber attack and you can’t use the internet? Factor this in because that time will come for many people, if you look at the war in Ukraine. Many people are without electricity and water because the Russians are bombing the power stations and utilities. If you don’t think it can happen where you live one day, you’re living in a dream world. Utilities are one of the first things to be attacked in a country where there is conflict along with water. People forget this was done in the war in Iraq multiple times by the US. 

Re Q1, I totally agree with Wes, there are mechanisms in place to prevent us from leaving, not just our chakra system that anchors us into this reality but also an anchor to stop us suiciding. Yes, some people are still able to do that, but they have exit points in their astrological chart that shows where it is possible. We don’t know why this is though. I was told many years ago by a spiritual teacher that people who have a history of suicide in many lifetimes have a mechanism that deeply anchors them into this reality to prevent them suiciding again. She never explained what that was though and probably didn’t know herself. The reason being is humans are prevented from knowing what is really going on with the spirit world and how it really works. We have every right to know because it affects all of us, but knowledge is power so it’s withheld. 

Re Q2, These ascended masters, Wes has previously said they were inside the matrix and that implies within the 7 astral levels or dimensions. How do we know if all of this is factual, how does Wes know there are ascended masters out side of the 7 dimensions? I am hesitant about this to be honest I will keep an open mind and see what happens at the end of my life in this reality. It’s very judgmental and who gives these beings the right to judge us? They probably have never been through the suffering that many humans have been through over multiple lives. The trauma from all those lifetimes is still there on the akashic records. We would not be allowed to see or know if these ascended masters have akashic records themselves and if so, what experiences did they have. To me this still doesn’t give them the right to rule over us like gods. That to me still feels like a form of  a matrix construct. I understand the need to keep violence out of the Orion system but how do we know if there is or isn’t any violence there? 

We are only getting limited information here that cannot be corroborated. How much of what Wes says is influenced by his previous experience with Scientology? He says he broke away from Scientology, but surely it would have left some beliefs that still resonate with him? Religious beliefs are very hard to shake off. No disrespect to Wes, I am just pondering this information. I do have great respect and adoration for his work. 

I myself repeatedly tell you that I am not an expert on anything but simply a way shower. I read things and share with others, but it’s up to the individual what they wish to accept or dismiss. We have the right to change our opinions too. Just keep an open mind and when in doubt sit on the fence, that’s all anyone can do without any firm understanding in anything. 

Crystals and essential oils for protection

 A lot of people feel the need right now for spiritual protection but may not know how to go about it. Most importantly setting boundaries around themselves and their homes to ward off negative energy from toxic people or from psychic attacks and energy vampires is a must do. 

There are plenty crystals, herbs and essential oils that can be used to evoke positive energies, block negative energies and even assist in unblocking your chakras. 

With crystals, to start with I recommend buying a one or two large (10 to 14 cm in diameter) selenite charging plates, especially if like me you have a lot of crystals.These are used to cleanse and recharge crystals. Selenite is a high power crystal which is self cleaning and never needs to be charged. There are cautions though, never allow it to get wet or it will be damaged permanently. This is a soft crystal of only 2 on the  Mohs scale, so handle with care. Pick a room to keep your selenite charging plates and leave them there. Put your crystals on the plate to clean and reenergise them, which can be from 3 hours up to 24 hours. This includes crystal jewellery such as rings, pendants, bracelets earrings, chip necklaces and bracelets. 

Some people say don’t put hematite on the selenite though or you can lose the energy of the hematite, it’s best to charge in the moonlight. There are a few conflicting recommendations as to the right way to charge or clean hematite, so you will need to work that out for yourself. When unsure google what crystals should and should not be cleansed or changed in whatever manner. There are variations and some people have strong opinions on the subject. Don’t trust AI overview either because it can and does contradict itself often. 

Kyanite and Citrine never need cleaning or charging either. Soft crystals can be smudged with Sage, Palo Santo or Cedarwood incense sticks. Generally you only need to smudge these crystals for 30 to 60 seconds if you do smudge them. 

Never put opposing crystals together on a charging plate either, calming crystals versus energising crystals is not a good mix and you can lose the powerful energy from your crystals. Angelite must never get wet either or it can dissolve like selenite and hematite. Keep them away from your kitchen and bathroom. 

Essential oils for protecting and cleansing 

The following help you with setting boundaries, learn to say No, But you must learn to change the subject if it’s triggering or highly sensitive. Keep away from people who are chronically complaining too as they will drain your energy and bring you down. 

Thyme, Juniper, Palo Santo, Cedarwood, Tee Tree, Laurel Leaf, Blood Orange.

Other oils and herbs are, Lavender, Rosemary, Frankincense, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang.

Rosemary clears and shields, Frankincense and Tee Tree clean and protect, and good old Eucalyptus cleans and uplifts. By the way Australian Aboriginal peoples use Eucalyptus leaves for smudging or smoking ceremonies to ward off evil spirits and cleanse the environment for spiritual purposes and protection. 

Do look up the spiritual uses for each essential oil online to work out what ones you need. 

Crystals 

Black Obsidian (used for shielding, powerful psychic protection, clearing negative psychic energy and energy attachments, ), Selenite towers and generators (purification and protection, improves intuition, clears blocked energy), Amethyst (psychic protection), Lapis Lazuli (opening the third eye, stimulating the higher mind, ) Angelite (calming, boosting psychic abilities, enhancing spirit communication, activates the third eye, throat chakra and crown chakra), Black Tourmaline(repels negative energy) Lepidolite( contains Lithium, calming, healing, balances the third eye and heart chakras, psychic awareness ),  Labradorite (protection from psychic attacks, grounding , connections to spirit world , intuition, transformative energy )Rose Quartz ( healing, loving energy , ) Smokey Quartz (grounding, helps with fear, anxiety, cleansing and protection), Shungite(protection, grounding, purification, emotional stability), Moonstone. (Improves intuition and psychic abilities, clairvoyance), Aventurine ( helps the thymus gland, the nervous system, mental clarity)Black Onyx (releases blocked energy and removes toxic energy) 

Meditation (grounding, gold, white light protection) 

This is very important and I can’t stress this enough, simple and effective meditation exercises that only take minutes to do. Setting the intention is number one, not just with the meditation but with the crystals cleansing and charging or energising, the use of herbs for smudging AKA smoking and the essential oil uses. These all must have sincere intentions, your thoughts are powerful and must be taken seriously when working with these tools. Otherwise you are wasting your time, and if someone is actually directing negative thoughts as in a psychic attack at you, then you need to be able to stop them in their tracks quickly. 

Sometimes you may need to do a thorough smudging throughout your house or even your body to remove heavy energy. There  are also space clearing essences available to mist yourself and your house. I prefer the Australian Bush Flower Essence , Space Clearing Essence.  Occasionally a house may need both smudging and a space clearing essences. That would be highly recommended if you move into a rental property, giving you a nice fresh start in your new home. You need to open up the windows and doors if you are smudging the house because it is very smoky. 

New comers to this area will realise there is a lot to learn about energy clearing and reenergising. When smudging for instance, you need a dish or a good sized Abalone shell to use your smudge stick. Some people put a layer of sand in the shell to extinguish the smudge stick, others prefer salt, especially Himalayan salt or Sea Salt rocks. I use Sea Salt rocks. Then an Eagle feather to waft the smoke around the body and aura to cleanse and protect. The same is done in a house or building, going room to room and going around the corners, windows and doors. Not forgetting mirrors, tv screens and computer monitors. 

For energy or spiritual protection such as putting up a defensive shield around yourself or your loved ones, this is a meditation. Which is best to start with gold light protection around your entire body and aura. You may also want to gold light your home, a room, your car, your workplace. Again it’s by intention that makes this work, this is energy in motion and is thought reactive. You don’t need to be physically present in the area that you are gold lighting because you are working with thought forms. You visualise the place you want to protect and do the meditation exercise. Spiritual or psychic protection has been around for thousands of years around the world. Different cultures have their own methods, but you need to pick what resonates with you. 

After this you must ground yourself, the golden grounding cord meditation (which is a yoga practice) is first,  followed by going down your chakras and grounding, I do this daily. If you are doing any spiritual activity you should gold light the room before and after meditation to close down the room or you can attract unwanted energy or entities. 

Next pick the crystals that you want to use and buy from a reputable dealer. Cleanse and energise them as soon as you get them and sit them where you need them. Heavy energy from absorbing negative energies means you must clean the crystals regularly, such as doing energy work which may be daily. If they are for occasional use then maybe monthly charging. Learn what crystals do and how to care for them. Not all crystals can be in sunlight or near salt, salty water or water as they can be damaged. Some crystals do not like smudging either, so some people do sound baths using Tibetan Singing Bowls. The energy from the bowls penetrates the crystals. 

Towers and generators are probably something that you should consider especially selenite and black tourmaline towers for protecting the energy in a room, you can place them in your bedroom, lounge room or office. It all depends on what you use them for. To keep the energy positive it’s a good idea to place one or two in your lounge room or family room along with rose quartz and amethyst geodes, you don’t need huge geodes though. Just something that you can lift and move easily, placing selenite next to it helps to clean and energise your amethyst. 

Some people like to make an energy grid using black tourmaline in the corners of a room and place a selenite tower in the middle of the room to counter negative energy. Again this depends on your lifestyle and what your intention is. Beneficial plants can be incorporated into your home to promote positive energies too. Some ideas are Ribbon or Spider plants, Pothos, Ivy leaf geraniums with the rose fragrance, Jade, Peace Lilies, Aloe Vera, Mother in Law’s Tongue. Most plants are highly beneficial although spiky plants are not usually used as they are a no-no in Feng Shui practices.  

The idea is to have a happy, healthy and peaceful environment and restful sleep at night. Thyme is also said to be put under the pillow to stop nightmares. 

As for wearing crystals there are many to choose from and their purposes. Wearing them on your left hand side or right hand side. This is to do with defending or receiving energy coming in to you or leaving you. The left hand is receiving energy and here one must be careful, is it negative energy sent to you or healing energy? This is the feminine and passive side of the body or Ying energy. 

Your right hand is the giving or Yang/male energy. If you are returning negative energies back to someone then you can put a Selenite and Black Tourmaline bracelet on your left wrist to protect yourself. You are sending the negative energy away from you. On the right wrist the same bracelet is taking in protective and cleansing energy if that is the intention you have set. An Amethyst bracelet on your left wrist helps open up your psychic powers, a Rose Quartz bracelet will help bring more loving and healing energy into your body. You need to shop by intent of purpose when choosing your crystal jewellery as well as the crystals you choose for your home. The standard crystals people buy are Clear Quartz, Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Smoky Quartz. But again there are many to choose from and they have multiple purposes. 

Some people like myself can hold their hand over a crystal and feel the energy coming from it. This is a way to work out which one you are attracted to. Sometimes you will automatically feel a strong pull to a particular crystal without knowing why. Trust that feeling because that is your body telling you that you need that crystal in particular.

Wes Penre: Q and A Session 1 2026

The first Wes Penre Q and a for the year, and important if you are new to his work. 

Personally, I don’t watch these spiritual videos, and I am always skeptical of others, due to having seen some operators that leave a lot to be desired. I do my own thing as there so much garbage out there. What both Wes and this man Bashar do not mention is; when humans are incarcerated in physical bodies we are dead spiritually. This is a realm of death, it doesn’t get any lower than the third dimension other than the demonic second dimension or realm! We are cut off from pure source or pure spirit because this dimension is so heavy and dense. 

Those Ascended masters are archons, they do not have our best interests at heart as Wes often reminds us. Those humans that do supposedly end up working with these beings must follow the rules set out, yet the overlords break the rules constantly as Wes has often pointed out too. Do these ascended humans ever question what they are told? We have no real answers to that, and we know very little of what is happening in the spirit world because there are blocks in place to prevent us knowing. We get fed information to suit the agenda only. 

Not one spirit being or any being from the non physical world has ever seen god, nor do they know what he is or isn’t. There are many illusions, deceptions and manipulations going on that we are very confused and conflicted. What benevolent beings deliberately sow such deceptive and manipulative information? Believe me I have been involved with spiritual matters for many years, including childhood experiences, as mentioned on this blog. 

I also feel that a person or spirit who is inherently good is always good, however when they are in our world there are influences that do affect these individuals and depending on the individual’s astrology chart there are planets, asteroids etc as well as the aspects of their chart that affect the person’s thinking and actions. But with a strong sense of doing what is right they will generally live a good honest life with the odd little things that may be naughty.

One’s birth number and time of birth also affects these individuals individual as does their parents charts. There is so much that is packed into every single person on this earth that can literally make or break you. 

Karma, for a start is an artificial construct designed to enslave humanity so that we never get out of the spiritual debt. It’s fake 100% and I refuse to accept this BS. This is a world of lies and deception designed to harvest our spiritual energy or loosh. Most people are totally unaware of this and if they follow a religion or even atheist coming from a scientific mindset there is no way these people will ever entertain the possibility. Best thing to do is always be honest, tell the truth and shame the devil and you can't go wrong.

The golden grounding cord meditation mentioned is a good grounding technique, which I do every day along with gold lighting myself. Spiritual protection should never be underestimated.

 This world inches closer to mass deaths because people can’t behave in a civilised manner. Every day I look at the news, and I am horrified at the level of violence in the world. War and terrorism is pure barbarism. Street violence and domestic violence, child abuse etc, is out of control and the courts are too lenient on the criminals. Judges are never held to account for their gutless actions in making life easier for violent offenders, so much so that there no longer is a deterrent for horrendous violence. I have absolutely no respect for judges and magistrates because of their indifference to the victims of violence, especially against women and children. 

This is all a collective disease of the soul that is contagious, spreading more spiritual decline. This will not end well for humanity, as they repeat the same violent tendencies century after century. People throw their moral values to the wind and make every excuse under the sun to justify their evil and base nature. This can only spiral downward because too few people are willing to stop this evil. We are supposed to evolve to higher beings with each lifetime, not devolve or just keep going along in the same path of ignorance and indifference, learning nothing. 

I don’t have time for politics, religion and violence. It’s all an abomination of evil in my books, and I will never take sides with anyone. You can’t justify an act of deliberate and often premeditated violence against any innocent person or animal. You can’t say that;  I was just following orders. That didn’t wash at Nuremberg, and it doesn’t wash now! Blood on one’s hands is not the way of decent human beings and not something that anyone really wants to live with on their conscience. Humanity has most definitely never learned lessons from two world wars and the atrocities committed then and after that in other wars and conflicts.

Society doesn’t seem to care nor are the politicians interested in stopping violence. No, because they make millions of dollars out of violence as do big military corporations that many politicians have money invested in. What does it take for the 8 billion plus humans; on this planet, to stand up and call out all violence and abuse? That takes one step, one voice to inspire others, but that voice is being muffled by those baying for blood at any cost. 

Just stop acting like savages, stop this disease of the soul and spirit. Just leave people alone, help others that truly need and deserve help in their lives. That is what it means to be human, to be a spirited soul that humanity should embody. The price paid for the current violence and bloodshed will be so high that the next few generations will still be paying the price because of cowards with infected souls and spirits. Enough with the excuses and cowardice to do nothing to forcibly stop  evil doers and their enablers in positions of authority. 

Just remember one thing, when the global war starts shortly, who is going to protect you and your family from uncontrolled violence roaming the streets in a drug fuelled violence, just because they can and will. Ponder that fact, there will not be enough police to protect you and your family. Why, because society did nothing to hold the authorities accountable for violent criminals and cut back the amount of police needed to protect society. Every world war recruit s from prisons too, just like Russia does. 

How many diseased souls are roaming around spreading violence right now? Don’t be one of them please.

What is an egregorae?

 I am not sure if many people are familiar with this malevolent type of entity or consciousness thought form. It is very real and not something that one should get into. This is an evil and highly malevolent non physical entity created by a group of people with the intention of harming others. They choose their target and then focus their negative thoughts and intentions on the targeted person. It’s basically a group psychic attack, despite the fluff and attempt to put a good spin on this by some individuals, it is pure evil and has no good intentions. Left to its own devices it will take on a life of its own similar to a tulpa. 

Please refrain from doing this, the repercussions of this can be deadly and a counter attack is highly likely in response. Some practitioners of these esoteric practices are more powerful than others. So please refrain from doing such evil acts.

What an interesting video, I had no idea that this existed. For those that have been following my old blog and this one for years you will enjoy this ancient archeological masterpiece built around 3000 BC.  This structure is similar to Newgrange in Ireland which around 5,200 years old and is aligned to Sirius and also allows the sun to enter a chamber on the Summer Solstice too. Shared knowledge globally by the ancients and I would say that they are the same as the Tuatha de Danann, just known by a different name in their respective countries. What he doesn't say is they could be red haired like many of these giant races were including those found in America. Those Gingies got around. I wish Australia had an amazing structure like these ones.  

Do read the comments because there are some really good comments posted, I noticed the lady mentioned the seat inside the chamber looked like it was for a pilot to sit in. That struck me as a very interesting observation. They should have made a 360 degree video of the chamber and floor to ceiling too, so that we get a proper feel of the room. Apart from aligning with the Summer Solstice does it align with Sirius or Orion?

 I just added a new baby to my crystals at the weekend, a beautiful black obsidian tower. Black obsidian is the major power in combating negative energy, transmuting it and releasing the energy. This video is about Edgar Cayce,  and why we shouldn’t wear or keep dead relatives belonging. I disagree with not wearing or getting rid of things because the person has died, if you want to keep items that is fine especially if it’s something left for you.  Sure, we donate clothes and other items we don’t want or have no room to store, but some things we do want to hold on to. There is nothing wrong with that, it’s down to the individuals preference. What about all the very wealthy people who inherit their families homes and household furniture, jewels, art and personal possessions. You don’t ever see them getting rid of these very valuable things, so why should you unless you have no interest in the items. Keep things in your family if possible especially good wooden furniture as it is expensive and much better quality than modern furniture. 

If a person is worried about energy attachments on items they can do a simple energy clearing on the items with a smudge stick and state the intentions firmly to clear the energy, it’s simple. Not everyone leaves negative energy on items or places, some do and others don’t. It depends on the individual person and the circumstances that makes them linger. Energy is all around us anyway (we are all energy beings), which often gets dirty or tangled with other energies. Cleansing of places including outside areas should be done from time to time especially after an argument or a tragedy. Hence the saying, clearing the air.

 A wedding ring is usually the most common item that may have energy retention but not everyone picks up on the energy. When we do tune in that is called Clairtangence, which we psychics and clairvoyants  do when practicing psychometry, I do this myself. Watches of course are notorious for being affected by the persons death, they often stop and refuse to work after the person dies, same with house clocks. I personally have smudged my mother’s engagement ring after I inherited it. That was done because I didn’t want her energy affecting my marriage as she was a rather nasty person and had deliberately tried to destroy my marriage many times. You don’t want that energy around you for sure, so it is a good idea to do a cleansing of items that come into your possession and your home. I have had to remove spirits from items over the years because the poor souls were actually trapped in our reality after death. Trauma is a major factor in people being trapped in this world after death and sometimes attached to objects, which you can read about on my blog. Those were terribly traumatic experiences for the deceased people and not something that one would wish on anyone. 

I have my paternal grandmother’s eternity ring and her cameo ring also that I wear and have no problem with wearing them.  I do believe in doing a cleansing of objects when you bring them into your home, especially if the item came from a second hand shop because you don’t know where the item has been or what energy is stored on them. If the item resonates with you and it brings you pleasure, by all means keep it. A smudge stick is easily purchased to do a cleansing if necessary, by either going into a health food shop or a shop that sells new age products or just buy it online. Any item that has been used by someone that has left very bad energy  might warrant the use of a mugwort smudge stick, which is for heavy duty cleansing. That is usually left for dealing with black magic and curses etc. 

It may be worth expressing your gratitude to whomever you inherited the items from. Letting them know that you love them and appreciate them and the fact that you were privileged to inherit something from them. I recall buying a deceased estate house, and the old lady was still present. I told her that I would look after the house while I was there and had no intention of doing anything radical to the house. The energy in that house was not good and I was a young mother at the time and had no knowledge of how to do a clearance of the house. If you do live in a house where someone has died, please do a clearance of the house to lift the energy. This blog has the information on how to do this, but you must set firm intentions when doing a clearance or you won’t get the best results. It’s no different than moving into a rental property and it has stagnant energy. Please do a cleansing in a rental property when you move in because you are still dealing with other people’s problems and energy, which may leave you feeling unsettled. It’s such an easy thing to do, but remember when using a smudge stick, it’s very smoky so please open the windows throughout the house to let that smoky smell out.

Some good questions in here. Question 2 is something that you need to know, actually as I was reading this and got to the part where Wes mentioned Patreon that word jumped out at me. Because it is representative of the patriarchy matrix. Nothing is by accident as I always say, as there is no such thing as an accident. It is cause and effect, yet we call it an accident because we didn’t intend it to happen, but it is the result of our actions that result in an effect. 

What those that are experiencing in waking up is disengaging from their soul group, and no longer feel connected to others including family members. What Wes says about awakened souls observing, is something that I have said to many clients and friends over the years. We are bearing witness as observers to the human condition and experiences such as war, violence, spiritual decline etc. Do not engage in this destructive behaviour remain detached as much as possible as  witness bearers. On a spiritual level you could say gathering evidence of crimes against humanity, life and spirit. I include the animal kingdom in bearing witness to evil and cruelty against the animal kingdom and nature as well as humanity. 

In regards to question 5. There is the ego at work here, the manipulation of the little freewill of humanity and misuse of energy by such individuals whom I believe have a desire for control and possible destruction of other people for particular reasons. The creation of tulpas is one of these misuses of energy and power and most often used for negative effects. The tulpa can eventually become more powerful than the person that created it and eventually it will turn on them, make no mistake about that. 

Crowley like many of his colleagues ended up in a bad way. He died a drug addict and penniless in France. I can see absolutely no benefit to indulging in the energy manipulation and the mistreatment of others. Focusing instead in trying to be a better person and focusing on raising one’s spiritual vibrations for good. 

I personally have never fitted in with the majority of people most of my life. But I definitely felt bigger changes in the mid nineties up to current times. I have felt a difference between how I felt back in the late nineties and early 2000’s compared to the past eight to ten years, and in the past three years I’ve felt a bigger difference. I no longer worry about it. I just get on with my life and life’s purpose., which has recently kicked off in a different direction and where that leads me for the rest of my life. I am not at all worried about my end of life because I am firm in my beliefs and intentions. 

My advice to others that like myself;  who no longer vibrate at the same frequency as the majority of humanity is  find joy and happiness in nature, whether it is by getting into gardening, loving your fur babies or spending time in nature. Read books that bring you happiness, watch movies that make your happy and. I do recommend classical music at a soft volume. If something doesn’t bring you happiness then it is not necessary in your life. Listen to your heart and honour your heart’s feelings as knowing what is good for you. Live honestly and from your heart always, but don’t try to impose your beliefs on others because you will definitely alienate yourself even further. 

Human vibrational frequencies like the aura or energy field constantly changes all day and night. But the quantum leap in awakening has a bigger effect in our energy. Yes that will also vary too just like our emotions because it is all energy in motion e-motion. 

If you like essential oils you may want to consider; rose, blue Idaho spruce for the higher energy to boost your energy levels. Use it with a carrier oil like grape seed as it is quickly absorbed into the skin and it doesn’t stain your clothes. I do not accept the crap called Indigo, crystal and rainbow children. I used to believe in Indigo children many years ago, but only from reading stupid new age books and the spiritual community.  Just think of the fortune rolling in from these books, Ka-Ching. Everybody starts to hang on every word from so called experts, that have no spirituality at all, no they are experts on marketing a product. This I find sickening and unacceptable.

I realised, as I read up on it more, it was all rubbish.  Not to mention the " wanna be" parents, tag their children as these so-called special children, most of them are spoiled little brats with self important parents with an ego screaming out, look at me.

I accept very little in so called spiritual teachings as most of it is made up, to serve an agenda, and to make money, enslave people to a way of thinking.

My spirituality is not for others, it is my personal beliefs only. I do not mix with others these days, for one simple reason. I find humanity is going insane and unpredictably violent.

I also do not accept the so called seven heavens, they are part of an evil construct that still enslave all beings. Not just that we have absolutely no proof that spiritually awakened humans that have come here  from higher realities do not have their minds erased and reprogrammed, like the rest of us here. Trusting anyone that tells you they are an awakened soul is like trusting a used car salesman. A being put into our dimension still has an ego, as do the beings all the way up to the pleroma or Monad, otherwise they would not be creators.

I have no desire to be a creator of other lives, what the hell right do I or anyone else have to do this? Not to mention the created beings going through suffering. I will not participate in such a thing. I would rather be destroyed, of my own volition.

How do we really know if Sophia can be trusted?  From what I have read, she may be an imperfect being herself, and possesses an ego. Is it not an ego that caused her to create without her so called consort?

How do we know she is not insane like her evil and imperfect son; the demiurge? We only have the word of  long departed people, that cannot prove one way or the other, any of what is written in ancient texts. For example just take a look at how often the bible was rewritten and information removed. Up to the king James version, and he called the shots on his spin on things. Thanks but no thanks, I will rely on my own soul and spirit to guide me, I need no other "expert Gnostic"  or any other human or non physical being telling me anything.

I can only say the benefit of knowing about the soul trap and the entire matrix control system is the only thing that was  important and unknown information to me. But from early childhood; I was aware this is my last time here and have stuck to that intention all my life, just from a clairsentient or claircognisant level alone.

Keep it simple, keep it honest and listen to my soul and spirit, is my own personal rule to live by. I do not trust the Orion or 8th and 9th realms thanks. I feel they are not what we think they are. It pays to be very wary and cautious in these things, listen to your own intuition.  As Wes says, do not just take his word for truth either. 

I would never have the audacity to claim that I am an expert on anything. I can only say I am aware of something, or that I have experienced something. Nothing more and I try to be very careful with what I say. I am not perfect, but I try to live a peaceful and honest life.

Merging with Sophia, it makes me wonder; if all human thoughts were to merge with Sophia, would this make her mind be affected due to all our trauma? Billions of minds absorbed into one.

I have to sit on the fence on merging with Sophia, only in spirit can I understand, but there, how long that takes for this knowledge to return is the big question. I am  rather concerned that Wes tells us the soul stays in Orion and the spirit goes to the pleroma.

What does that do if a soul no longer has spirit attached?  We have no way of knowing, Is it not best for the soul to be dissolved? After all it is artificial too and has an ego, but more to the point what sort of behaviour and mind set will that be for all of those souls existing in Orion? Are they a group mind complex or do they have individual thoughts and their own autonomy? 

In the realms below this they from my understanding don't have free will and we do not have free will. We seem to be programmed and act accordingly. But may be I misunderstand this. It does pay to be cautious and not accept anything that is presented as truth straight away. We humans do have epiphanies and sometimes they arrive late, so it pays to be reserved.

He has hit the nail right on the head with the fake spirituality. I won't settle for anything other that the real deal, but I keep it simple and honest. Why complicate things or believe only part of the truth. You cannot ignore the facts of anything.

I have in the past argued the point with some people that refuse to see the whole picture, now I do not waste my time. I know where I am at and that is what I focus on. People need to do their research which often means a change of opinion.

I put things on my blog for people to read and then research. It is not for me to tell you what to believe, only present information that may be of use. I do not post things that I do not accept myself.
I do not want nor expect people to accept or agree with me 100%. Everyone has their own journey and their own truth, yes that truth and journey will change and that is free will and becoming more aware.

Let me also point out playing both sides is a dangerous thing to do. I will have no part of this, you cannot have it both ways, there will be a price to pay if you do.  I have seen this in colleagues that have done this and then hit the wall. It will most definitely lead to mental health problems and turn your life upside down. A truly spiritual person will not ever entertain the thought. 

This article is written by a person that is not psychic or clairvoyant. He is unable to see what I can and do see. I will not buy in to the second coming and the religious side of things. There is no Christ person coming to save anyone. That you must do yourself per individual.

The a new age has begun already, the age of  Aquarius. It is just an other cycle and a changing of the guard.
Please do not be fooled into thinking this is going to be a wonderful new world, this is the third dimension, an artificial reality just like the 4th, 5th and 6th dimensions ( actually there is no boundary between these and we do flit in and out of them without realizing). What most people do not know is that you could be fooled into ascending (it is illusion) but you do not get to stay there, at some point you will be sent back here, unless you are truly spiritually awake and see through the whole game.

The age of Aquarius is not a wonderful age of peace and spirituality, and those pushing this do not have humanities best interests at heart. Keep in mind the AI push that is taking place at present, there is a link to this "  fake spirituality" that is being pushed by these individuals. This is a fatal trap if you fall for it.  If this sounds negative to you , then you have not done your homework.

Look at the state of the world at present, geared up for a world war. Do you actually think that someone is going to come along and wave a magic wand and make things all nice? That is utter naivety, there is no interest in world peace yet. That will only happen once the powers that be fool us all into becoming "ONE" are gone,  let me spell that out for you. A Luciferin New World Order.

They bang on about this in the media constantly. Literally brainwashing the masses, even tv chat shows are dropping it in to conversations casually, and most people are not even noticing that.
There is so much subliminal programming happening right now in all forms of media and in various issues that the masses don't notice.

It is all part of the same game. The new golden age is a con job  with a very slick presentation. Many people will fall for this. But as they say you can't con an honest man.

True spirituality is totally different and there is no hidden agenda. You are guided by your higher self, you do not need anyone or anything to guide you. You most certainly do not need a savoir, you are your own saviour. Keep it honest, keep it pure and keep it simple and listen with your heart to your higher self. I go within my heart to my pure core essence, nothing external is of true spiritual benefit.

I sure as hell will not be merging with any godhead crap either. That is New Age/New World Order evil. To think otherwise is a mistake. One merges with their higher self should they want to after  completing a life cycle. Some choose to go explore other worlds etc. You must do what is right for you.

Please read up on soul harvesting too for your own protection. Yesterday as I was tuning myself in for work. I was shown a little spiritual movie. A big white funnel like a vacuum cleaner and thousands of souls being sucked into this funnel. They could not avoid it. It was very symbolic of harvesting souls that have no idea of what was really happening. Basically following along like sheep without questioning what was going on. Let alone it should not be done in the first place.

Most people have no idea that this is wrong and have no concept of spiritual reality etc. They have no idea who they really are nor how special and powerful humans are. No they have no interest in knowing because they are still wilfully under the god spell imposed on all of humanity for millions of years, lifetime after life time until they reach the point of either awakening and fighting back or they have all their life force sucked right out of them and  die again.

That second death is on a spirit or soul level. Then there is nothing, that soul dies off and cannot be helped, the left over is just absorbed back into the cosmos. What a waste of a precious soul, the very life force destroyed.
