I like to practice what it call spiritual OH and S; not just by grounding and attuning I use space clearing essences and essential oils and crystals. In my line of work these are very important tools.
Sometimes you can get drained, and feel a bit off, so the practice of keeping yourself in good shape spiritually includes some powerful essential oils and essences.
Two good essential oils are Palo Santo (st Paul) and Thyme. Palo Santo is a delightful fragrance and so calming that it is a joy to use. It has a lovely sweet and woody aroma with a hint of mint, lemon and pine. Mind you, I think of Ylang Ylang when I smell this oil. Maybe that’s just me though lol.
Palo Santo is a grounding essential oil, which goes well with spiritual practices. This oil cleanses the energy of any space, whether it’s stagnant energy or negative energy in the environment. This oil is like a broom sweeping away the unwanted energy. It a good alternative to Smokey smudge sticks as many people can’t stand the smell of smudge sticks nor the smoke. Mind you, you should open windows before smudging or the smoke will fill the room, and you don’t want that.
Use Palo Santo in meditation as the fragrance interacts with the brain’s limbic system, inducing a sense of calm. Assisting us to slow down the mind and activating our 3rd eye and crown chakra increasing our spiritual awareness.
This beneficial oil protects the aura like a shield keeping out unwanted stresses and emotional overwhelming. So one can see its great value immediately. It’s not a cheap oil so do buy from a reputable source and buy at least a 10 or 12 ml bottle. I have an 18 mil bottle, purchased from my long term essential oils supplier. https://www.escentialsofaustralia.com/products/productid1343?variant=8762880771
This is $20 for 18 mils, and good quality, shop according to your needs and keep regular supplies that you need. Nothing worse than being out of an imported product.
A final thing to know is Palo Santo is a gentle oil to assist in relieving stress and trauma.
The other oil is Thyme, which is used for spiritual cleansing of negative energy, it’s empowering with courage and emotional strength of resilience. As an oil it is aligned to the element of fire, and the solar chakra. Thyme repels psychic attacks, releasing negative thoughts and doubts and fears.
This oil is potent so use it carefully, by diluting it in a 1 or 2 percent ratio.
Dab it on your pulse points and your solar chakra. It is recommended to use 3 to 5 drops in a carrier oil.

You can use white or red Thyme oil again you want a decent size bottle depending on how often you use the particular essential oil.
The spiritual use of this oil is for spiritual energetic purification, as it removes heavy energies and banishes negative malevolent energies. Thyme also guards sacred places.
Thyme is used for enhancing psychic abilities and clarity either by wearing it or using it in a diffuser, to heighten your senses and assist in spiritual communication with the elemental world.
If using Thyme as an anointing oil it must be heavily diluted and used on your solar chakra or pulse points prior to commencing meditation. Thyme promotes personal power and self assurance.
For those that like spiritual baths, when using Thyme oil start with putting some on your skin, 2 drops, before adding to your bath water. This cleanses your aura and relieve fatigue.
Wishing you good luck in your spiritual journey and warm and fuzzy hugs 🤗
