How on earth is this possible? 29 times over the legal limit and irreversible damage caused. One would imagine that a person would get regular blood tests done to keep an eye on their vitamin levels. At least once a year is the standard unless you have a health issue inchich you need to have your blood checked regularly. Long term use of vitamins is not normal unless you have an underlying medical condition either. My husband due to his medical condition can't make B12 for instance so he gets injections and that is under medical supervision and has regular blood tests.
