I don’t trust the humans that create this abomination, there is no way that they want to control this stuff for a start. They have an agenda here and it is not for our benefit. These people have too much power and control, especially over politicians. Governments look the other way at the best of times, but dim witted politicians and civil servants don’t fully grasp the dangers of this technology. Either that or they have an hidden agenda that they don’t want us knowing about.
What both the governments and big business see is money and power over ordinary people. They are after assets such as land, utilities, water and every single aspect of human life under their control. What will transpire is a corporate government that has complete control over society. Once that happens you are locked into it.
They can decide who to go to war against or program this AI to create a convincing narrative to invade other nations. It’s up to how creative the powers that be want to get. The intention is to herd people into groups and control every aspect of daily life. You are not there to think, big brother will do that for you, your role is to comply. They decide I you can access your bank account or not, and if that doesn’t scare you then you clearly don’t understand what this means and your human rights being violated.
Remember all the false alerts with nuclear weapons over the years, and at the last minute someone had thought about it being an error. That has happened on many occasions in the west and with Russia, and it proves that humans must be vigilant with technology and especially military equipment. AI cannot be trusted with such technology or to make decisions that affect human lives.
I hope that I am wrong but I don’t see anyone stopping this progressing down a dark path. Nobody can agree within the industry for a start, so where does this leave us citizens? Nobody is listening to us.
