When the bombs start to fall
When the bombs start to fall, life changes in an instant.
No longer are we concerned with the everyday things that are all gone in an instant.
When the bombs start to fall we question life and its meaning. Not where we come from and not who we are. But for humanity, in an instant mourns lives gone by, no longer safe in our homes, no where to run to.
Not like in days gone by, there are no air raid shelters and often no warning. Just hunker down and pray for the nightmare to stop. We didn’t ask for this to happen, you and I; the ordinary person in the street. We have no stake in the game.
We are an afterthought of those who did the deed, what price do they put on humanity, and what lies will they tell. History will judge them and the times will not be free, of the innocence of children who died so that we may be free. Freedom is paid in the blood of innocence that was never, ever free. Only enslaved in the nightmare on earth that never takes a break.
Farewell to the innocent, the honest and the true. Their freedom; the battle cry destroys, the power hungry men that divide a nation and a world will be remembered longer than the cries of children in terror; and in tears calling for their mothers. Only a wretched silence prevails to calm the cries of children taken from this world. Tomorrow there is sadness, tomorrow there is pain, to shift the sorrow before the bombs return again.
How often must we repeat this before humanity gains its senses, that violence is not the answer, tis only a reminder of the darkness that lingers deep within the psyche that nature can’t erase. Not until the final call of heaven will this evil rage be tamed. To subjugate the souls was never in the game, until Satan sent his army down to scare us into doing his bidding to liven up the game. Only when his apostles finally are aroused to the calling of the righteous call will evil turn around and flee like a coward when the final call is sound. The dawning of the new life we must take it in our stride but never will we follow that blasted Satan’s pride.
I leave you now to think again about the meaning of humanity and leading a spiritual life. Not in the sermons nor in the chalice of life, but in the Holy Spirit that dwells within your wife. She is the saviour of the creator that values all that is dear. She knows the pain and suffering of all that she holds dear. She is the mother, she is the wife that gives you love and courage to get you through your life. So spare a thought for the woman that is always by your side, be she wife or mother she will stand by you for life.
Farewell to the bombs that cannot penetrate the love of a mother’s heart. A soul that bears the cross of losing her beloved to a war that has no cause, other than the monsters that make you die upon the cross.
Regardless of you culture or your creed, take the time to thank your mother for the care she gave you before you lose your life. I leave you now to ponder the meaning of your life, sadly too many will pay the dreadful price to Satan’s minions for taking up his cause, destroying humanity for all its sacred life. No more will we be cursed by this evil wretched creature when the light bursts through, and the victory of spirit finally takes its place to dwell within humanity it rightful resting place.
Go now and live in peace and show humanity what it means to be human beings and living truly in spiritually honest grace.

Low maintenance house plants
Many people love plants but are time poor or just not as green thumbed as they would like to be. Lighting and placement of house plants is also a problem for optimum growth especially if you live in a small house or apartment. There are quite a few plants that are the ideal solution to your plant problem though. If you are into Feng Shui then these plants are also very beneficial for good energy, technically all plants are good for Feng Shui, but certain types are better suited for specific conditions.
The dark green leaves are high in chlorophyll and therefore the plants can do well in low light conditions. If you live in Australia, the Snake plant can be expensive so you may want to buy tube stock as it’s much cheaper. This plant grows in cactus soil also which is around $6 or $7 for a small bag of cactus soil in Bunnings.

Enjoy your plant research and remember to take cuttings to increase your collection. Some plants will propagate very easily and others take a few months. It’s a good idea to look up the care of each plant and keep a printout of the care instructions. If you are also into Feng Shui then you need to look up the placement in your home to make the most use of your energy placement. Especially with Bamboo Plants.
Some plants are money attracting plants, some and for good energy and avoiding negative energy.
Jade (Crassula Ovata) plants are a great indoor plant, but require good lighting, they are very long lived and great to take cuttings from to share. Jade is a must have for Feng Shui. Remember if you are living in the northern hemisphere or southern hemisphere when working with plants and Feng Shui. Google is useful to work out the correct orientation for your plants. According to the AI overview Jade is best placed in a window facing south in Australia.

RIP: Australian actress Lorraine Bayly dies aged 89
Such sad news of the loss of such a true Aussie icon, Lorraine Bayly was perhaps best known for playing the loving matriarch Grace Sullivan in the old tv show The Sullivans and Carson’s Law to people overseas. Yet she was multi talented on stage and screen. It’s sad to see the end of a marvellous era of iconic Australian actors and actresses, that we will never see the likes again. Lorraine was always an endearing and elegant lady who was always a pleasure to see on our screens being interviewed. My condolences to her family and friends.

Why is it taking so long for people to recognise this fact, even children can’t regulate their body temperature and have fits due to the heat. This is a human rights issue not just for the disabled but for everyone, especially the disabled, babies and children and the elderly.
Not everyone is able to get to a shopping centre or a public place to escape the heat, some people are in remote areas where access to public transport and cool public spaces.
Australian houses are definitely not built to keep out the extreme temperatures either, and this adds to the problem. Construction in Australia is way behind the rest of the western world without double glazing and double brick walls and proper roof insulation, which is usually done after construction by the house owner. In southern parts of Australia houses are freezing in winter and boiling hot in summer without any air conditioning system. Houses built in the 1970’s were not solar passive either, with big windows, floor to ceiling and no veranda to shade the windows. Modern homes now have smaller windows but are often built close together, which prevents air circulation and traps the heat. Not to mention a lack of privacy because you can hear your neighbours conversations outside.
I am shocked that Northern Territory doesn’t have a subsidy scheme for disabled people as it is a very hot part of the country. The Australian Capital Territory is freezing in winter and can get as cold as -8 Celsius and in summer it can get up to 43.5. Temperatures above 38 is very hot to breathe in as you can feel it when you’re outside. Keeping hydrated only does so much, and if a person can’t regulate their body temperature they are in serious danger. Let’s hope that the government will take a serious look at the situation as this can be a life or death situation.

Interesting news article after reading the previous post. Getting old is not for cissies that’s for sure, and illness can happen to anyone. My father in law had this disease but I don’t know how long he had it for or if he was on medication. It wasn’t something he spoke about, and I just hope that my husband is not going to have this one day. It’s only a small percentage of people that inherit from a family member. But the risk is double if you have a parent or sibling with Parkinson’s.
I do feel that our health is much better with exercise and a healthy diet without processed foods, but for many that can be quite difficult to do, due to the high cost of living nowadays.

America plays the negotiator behind armor-plated diplomacy, and there is definitely deception, treachery and betrayal of the people of Ukraine indicated as America is influenced by Russia. America just wants to wrap up the war as quickly as possible and move on, but what about the ordinary people's lives?
The UK will not be happy with America in March, as there are a few issues such as, Trump policies, the Epstein and the Royals issue and the economy. What is most important is what is not being said though.
I feel there is a panic or meltdown in UK politics with all of this and how to handle the dilemma and trying hard to save face. On top of this, is the problem with Keir Starmer. As we know his days are numbered, yet he is determined to hang on.
Global security is at an all time low in March; with leaders scrambling to fix the important issues quickly. Tarifs, Greenland and how to deal with the Ukraine-Russia war are major points of concern. This will be expensive to resolve and there is more missing money from the Ukraine war funds. So, where has that gone?
Putin asks awkward questions and makes more demands. President Trump will back down to Putin's demands from Ukraine, which will anger Ukraine and Europe. There does not seem to be any stability in the war this month, there is the possibility of a breakthrough in April though. Timing is short unfortunately and a deal must be struck or this will last another year draining world economies.
Make no mistake, Putin will stand his ground here, Trump seems to be frustrated and does not seem to be in control of the situation.
Australia is entering a new era with unexpected changes and clashes between the public and the government are likely. Law/justice and the public are the crux of the matter, with poverty driving more violence, crime and drugs, especially in NSW. The government look like they have lost control over violence, crime and political protests. There is too much backing down to appease the the rowdy public that refuses to be silenced. This is highly political and the government must not back down to these individuals or things will go from bad to worse.
Who really controls the streets in Australia? Is it criminals or the police? It cannot be both. Political disarray is the main problem and no backbone or proper leadership. Trying to pacify certain members of the community, yet ignoring the vast majority is a recipe for disaster.This does not bode well for the next 2 years and if this is not addressed there will be serious trouble for the government to deal with due to ignoring the warnings.
"Who will help the innocent victims of crime?" That is the question that must be asked by the public. It is unacceptable, and the authorities must step up and take firm control. The Australian people have had enough of crime and violence.
Iran is facing more turbulence and the people are fearful yet hopeful for change. However they must prepare for more casualties and suffering while their leader is removed. Things will not go smoothly at first and more bloodshed is expected unfortunately before things are under control.
The new leader whilst pro America may not be as tolerant with the Iranian public in some ways. Though much better than the current regime. Remember Iran has a huge population and people have different religious beliefs, so it may not always be safe for women within families due to the individual family beliefs.
Food prices are set to increase again, especially beef prices due to import tarifs. Making do with smaller serves of red meat in the diet will be new dietary requirements, unless you have plenty money.

This makes my blood boil, how many more women have to suffer or die because no one believes them? Few people will step in to help, and the legal system is ingrained with misogyny. This article doesn't point out the warning signs though, it would be very helpful if it did.
Things to watch for like changes in mood of the perpetrator, comments, micro expressions around the mouth and eyes, antisocial behaviour such as constantly not wanting to go out somewhere with you, not letting you go out with friends, preventing your friends from visiting. Preventing you seeing your family, constantly monitoring your activity, criticism, controlling what you wear and how you look. Controlling how you shop, whether it is for groceries or clothes, it doesn't matter what you are buying it's about the power over you. Absolute power, domination and control is what it is all about. This starts from the moment you meet and start dating, so be vigilant. You are targeted immediately by the predator mindset of such individuals. They recognise vulnerability instantly as that is what they are shopping for in a woman, to subjugate and dominate.
In social settings how does the man behave around others and how does he treat you? Does he "jokingly" poke fun at you, knock your cooking, knock what you say, knock how you look or dress in front of other people? Does he criticise you in front of others? These behaviours start not long after you meet and will escalate. Watch out for sudden moody outbursts or giving you the silent treatment for no valid reason, or biting sarcasm and invalidating you as a person, as a woman, as an adult with your own autonomy. You do not need permission from anyone to be you!
Learn to love yourself, respect yourself and do not let others tell you what you should think, say or do or act. Don't let anyone tell you what you should wear, except if it is something that will attract violent men like this to you.
Women need to factor that in for personal safety, it's common sense because some men think it is ok to attack you because of the way you look and dress and how your body looks. They deem you as public property to be used.
Let's face it this is learned behaviour it doesn't just happen out of the blue. Environmental exposure from a very young age shapes the mind to all sorts of experiences and a child's mind is like a computer as it absorbs everything it sees and hears. This is not an ideal world, and women need to stop thinking that they can go where they want, alone and dress how they want also.
That is unrealistic in this world of violence against women. Violence is increasing, not decreasing, so learn to read the subtle cues, and when introduced to his family, look at his parents and siblings behaviour, there are most definitely subtle signs than many ignore. In a busy social setting like a family gathering it can be difficult to pick up on these warnings, it can take a while to notice some signs.
Women in these families tend to be very guarded, watch their eyes though, are they looking to their husband or partner, father, brother or a male relative to see if they are being watched before they speak? That is a red flag make a note of these things. Some women though will defend that abuser and if you speak out they will turn on you for doing so.
This is a huge emotional minefield and you will not have loyal support because everyone looks after themselves and closes rank on you. Friends may drop you because they don't want to get involved too.
From this you then enter the toxic world of the legal system that will put you under the microscope and character destroy you, making you out to be the problem. It is a horrific situation all round when it comes to violent crimes against women and girls and not enough is done to prevent this. Tougher laws as a deterrent is only one small part in stopping this abuse, holding men accountable for their actions, educating children from starting school and following that through into adulthood reinforcing that education, but it still will not stop the violence. Men have to want to stop being violent and abusive if it is in their nature to be violent.

Here we are Angus Taylor is now the new leader of the Liberal Party the NLP coalition as predicted in October 2025 for the 2026 Australian psychic predictions.

For protection and cleansing, these essential oils are good options that you can use in a base of jojoba oil such as Frankincense, Cedarwood, Sage, Juniper, Thyme, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Galbanum is an oil that clears blocks also. I have never used this though. Always remember it’s your firm intention that makes all of this work. A half hearted effort will not achieve anything.

For crystals you are best using, the lovely Amethyst and you need a reasonable size one such as a small geode or tower, and place it where you spend most of your time. Black Tourmaline, the most protective of all Tourmaline as it puts a protective barrier or field of energy around your aura. Black Obsidian works like a mirror and reflects back the negative energy to the original source of origin. Labradorite puts a shield up against psychic attacks, whether they are deliberate or by people fixated on you. Labradorite protects you from energy vampires too. What a horrible disaster this was, and, there is a lot that we still don’t know or understand about the affects of radiation on our bodies or animals bodies for that matter. Then the decommissioned nuclear reactors if they are not sufficiently secured to prevent a leak in the years ahead. How do the world experts propose to solve the dilemma of nations that cut corners in keeping nuclear facilities safe from leaks and cracks due to poor construction of these plants?

Dementia cases surge in Australia prompting urgent calls for action
Are some doctors really thick or just arrogant pigs? Childhood dementia exists as well as early adult dementia, so why are some doctors so ignorant of early adult dementia in the 30's and 40's age group or even 50's. It shows a lack of knowledge on the disease on their part. Do they even bother keeping up with medical research and discoveries?
Hazel Hawke, wife of the late Australian Prime Minister Bob Hawke, was diagnosed with this terrible disease early too, and that was well publicised in the media although she was in her early 60’s. This seems to me like the usual misogyny and arrogance in the way women are treated by doctors, speaking from personal experience.
Doctors need to be reminded that age is irrelevant when it comes to dementia, never assume anything because that is how serious mistakes happen. It’s more prudent to check out the patient thoroughly than end up being sued.
Recently in the news menopause has been linked to dementia too, I myself have been seeing a gerontologist for memory loss and loss of speech. That was put down to stress, but I didn’t feel that was correct. I feel the tests are not good enough and need to be updated.

Fibromyalgia has an effect on the memory too, and I have had fibromyalgia for over 20 years. So I have been very mindful, no pun intended of the fact that dementia is on the rise and most people my age will have this terrible disease. The modern diet must play a part in this disease too, so we must rethink what we eat and stop eating processed foods. Perhaps a closer look at for ever chemicals and plastics in our bodies and the effects on the brain too.

Psychic and Spiritual Protection: How to Gold Light Yourself #2
This is the one of the original Gold light techniques that I learned many years ago and it is recommended for daily use and if you do spiritual healing. With healing you do this before and after the healing session.
The reason being is, you do not want any negative energy within your aura or energy field. Spiritual hygiene is very important to both the client and the practitioner. The room that you work in must also be cleansed and protected before and after.
The Gold light technique can vary depending on who is teaching you or you do your own style of spiritual protection. That is up to you, whatever works for you at any given time.
Focus on pure golden light from the universe or the multiverse coming down through the top of your head via your crown chakra. (Alternatively, drawing the pure golden light down through the 10th, 9th and 8th chakras above your head and streaming down into your crown chakra).
Filling your head, neck, shoulders and your entire aura with pure golden light from the universe/the multiverse. Next draw this pure golden light down through your neck and shoulders and into your body and entire aura. Next, I am now drawing this pure golden light down into my legs, filling my upper legs with pure golden light and including the aura around my legs. I am now drawing this pure golden light down past my knees on both legs simultaneously and including the aura around my legs.
I am now drawing this pure golden light down into my feet, starting at my heels on both feet simultaneously, and drawing this pure golden light all the way along both of my feet to the tips of my toes on both feet simultaneously, including my aura around them.
Next focus on your shoulders, I am now drawing lots more pure golden light from the universe/multiverse down through my crown chakra (or alternatively down through the 10th, 9th, and 8th chakras above my head and down through my crown chakra) filling my head with pure golden light and now drawing this pure golden light straight down through my neck and onto my shoulders. I am now drawing this pure golden light down both of my arms simultaneously, down to my elbows and including my aura around my arms, next I am drawing this pure golden light down into my lower arms to my wrists and including my aura around my lower arms. I am now drawing this pure golden light down into both hands simultaneously, all the way to the fingertips, including the aura around my hands and fingers.
Pause a moment and now focus on the pure golden light within your entire body and entire aura. Now here I choose to take some of this pure golden light at the tips of my toes and including my aure, and make a drag net of pure golden light and drag this net up trom my toes.
I then say, I am drawing this dragnet (net) of pure golden light up from my toes and feet, including the aura around them, removing all disease, evil and negativity from my feet and legs but leaving enough pure golden light in place for my protection. I move the drag net slowly up my legs simultaneously, including my aura. retracing the steps above. When I get to the top of my legs, I join both nets together and draw this net all the way up my torso and including the aura around my torso. drawing this gold light drag net all the way up to my shoulders and pausing there.
Next I focus on both of my arms and hands And do the same dragnet technique in reverse leaving enough pure gold light in place as I draw all disease, evil and negativity all the way up from my fingertips, including my aura around them. repeat the steps similar to the legs until you reach the shoulders and again, join the drag nets from your arms onto the one at your shoulders.
Next draw this big dragnet all the way up through your shoulders and neck, still leaving gold light in place for your protection as the dragnet passes up through your body and up through your head.
Next say in your mind, I am now sending all disease, evil and negativity out through the top of my head and out into the universe?multiverse to be transmuted or else destroyed. Next visualise the golden dragnet cascading as pure golden light down and around your entire body and entire aura.
Next step I do is place a giant ball of pure golden light around my entire body and entire aura, tucking it under my feet and sealing my entire body and entire aura inside this ball of pure golden light. I then visualise extending this ball of gold light 6 inches past my entire aura.
For added protection I place a giant mirror ball over the top of this ball of pure golden light. I then say in my head, if there is still any disease, evil or negativity within my entire body and entire aure, it is now being pushed out now, through this ball of pure golden light and out through the giant mirror ball.
All disease, evil and negativity will now be sent out into the universe to be transmuted or destroyed.
I finish with saying, I am now protected by the all that is and all that ever will be, pure spirit.
by my will so may it be, and it is so, peace.
Note: It is up to you what way you wish to put spiritual or psychic protection around you or your loved ones, remember it is the firm intention that makes it work and makes it powerful. Firm intention, not wishy washy or you are wasting your time and energy, literally.
Do use space clearing essences and smudge sticks on a regular basis, both on yourself and your home or work space to keep the energy clean and protected.

The 8th, 9th and 10th Chakras
The past few days when I have been tuning in to my chakras I have noticed the three chakras above my head are different. Suddenly I see little boats or crescent shaped chakras with my mini me sitting inside the chakras. The other thing is these are black, now that’s not a bad thing. This is not a blockage, as I have done a google search on this and it is a very interesting thing taking place.
This is moving up into a higher energy state, usually these chakras are white, silver-white or golden and shimmering. The black is a shielding or protection for me, think of it as feminine energy like ying and yang energy. It also can mean clearing any past traumas and ready to move up to a deeper spiritual level with your higher self. This is also about opening the door to a transformation. Which is what I am striving towards.
The 8,9 and 10th chakras sit above the head a few inches apart according to some online sources, yet others say a few feet apart. What is the actual truth here? I am damned if I know!
I just focus on what I can see through my third eye as I am tuning in, but anyhow, it’s new to me to be actually able to see them now, but also seeing they are a crescent shape and black with my mini me inside the crescent. I need to point out that one of the tuning in techniques involves visualising a miniature version of yourself sitting inside the chakras as you are grounding. Hence my little mini me in the crescent or boat shaped chakras.
The colour black is not in any way negative like an energy blockage. No it’s a form of shielding and it is related to the higher spiritual realms and stronger psychic abilities. Now I have not done spiritual healing for years due to my car accident 11 years ago. But of late I have been feeling a strong urge to get my healing abilities back again. I am not sure why and what is the intention behind this though. I just have a strong feeling to do this.
The 8th chakra is also known as the soul star which is supposed to be between 6 inches to 2 feet above your head. Some say it is the seat of your soul.
The 9th chakra sits above that and is called the stellar gateway where we have access to our akashic records and the divine.
The 10th chakra sits above that called the solar star which connects to universal consciousness.
The other thing that I noticed in reading several articles online is there is a huge discrepancy on where the 8th and 9th and 10th chakras are placed. This tells me some people are either not being honest or they don’t have a clue.
Which reminds me of a book that I bought at a psychic fair many years ago. This book was about the 8th chakra, and where it is in the body, what its purpose is and how to activate it. The book stated it was between the shoulder blades in our back. Well that’s not what I can see in my experience and not what others say online.
It sounds like someone out to rake in the big bucks more than anything to be honest, and I am not the sort of person that takes kindly to liars. I feel that I was ripped off buying the book, as they say buyer beware.
If you google the chakras mentioned you will see different people placing them all over the place. How the heck does that work? How are you meant to take any of the people seriously if they can’t even agree on where the bloody chakras are located?
It destroys the good name of genuine healers and sows confusion in not just the public’s mind but also people that are wanting to learn healing and understanding all they need to know about the human chakra system. That’s like going to med school and the anatomy class is being taught the wrong positions of the organs. Where’s Wally or Waldo with the chakras comes to mind.

Ladies please read this because many doctors are unaware of this and stress can make things worse. This is one of the most terrifying things that can happen to a person, and the heartache for families watching their loved ones suffer.
The spiritual meaning of the four equal arm Celtic Cross
This is a highly spiritual Celtic cross of peaceful purpose, it is much older than Christianity. The four equal arms or branches cover the four cardinal points of direction, the four seasons of the year, the four elements, the four phases of the moon, the energy from the spirit world to mass and matter or the physical world, nature and keeping the energy of all things in balance. Think order out of chaos, bringing everything into peaceful harmony, like a finely tuned frequency. That is it in a nutshell all of the elements in creation finely tuned and brought together in perfect harmony.
The circle represents the sun and the four moon phases, eternity or everlasting life force. Both this cross and the traditional Celtic high cross can be worn by anyone, however it should not be used in a negative way, because that would go right against the beliefs of Celtic spirituality. This is the only cross that I acknowledge because of its spiritual significance to the Celtic people and to pure spirit. This is about the human spirit beings having a physical human experience in the physical world of mass and matter, and knowing our place within the realm of creation. We come from spirit and return to spirit.
Respect for spirit, respect for creation and nature, in unity of all things is the core principle. Even the traditional Celtic knots are teaching us the concept of eternal life there is no beginning and there is no ending. Just a harmonious frequency that goes on and on into the cosmos as we send out our signals as a spiritual energy to be transmitted to a higher power that records the messages throughout the eons of time.
The Triquerta is similar in its trinity of spirit, soul and body or life, death, rebirth. Three being a very important number spiritually. Don’t forget this is the third dimension too, and the number three is very important in human existence such as our three levels of consciousness. The higher self, the soul and the consciousness self or physical body. The number four represents balance and harmony, stability, order and protection, and the four phases of life, hence the four arms of the Celtic cross again show us.
I personally look to the purely spiritual aspects of Celtic spirituality as the divine in nature all around me, and revere the traditional Celtic cross and Celtic symbols as truly spiritual and peaceful symbols, yet nature is both gentle and powerful at the same time with ferocious storms and powerful winds. Followed by beautiful sunshine and beautiful trees and flowers in sync with the seasons. We too must remember that we too are in synchronicity with all the forces of nature and spirit combined.
