While the figures are low really this is pretty nasty, not the sort of thing that one comes in contact with generally, hepatitis is always around as it is in its various strains. If the governments could do an advertising campaign and hand out education leaflets in the streets through charities and so on, to heighten awareness of Hep A symptoms and prevention in homelessness communities and travellers that has to be a good help in prevention.
