These people were in many ways ahead of us in metaphysics, but this is only the priest class not available to ordinary people. There has always been a selective group of individuals that withhold spiritual knowledge in order to control the masses and manipulate us. As for healing energy, yes that’s a good thing and protecting the good energy is a must do for those that can do this, and putting love into the earth. This article also reminds us to be very mindful of our thoughts as they are energy in motion (emotion), what you think you actually will create. Either for good or bad, self doubt is self sabotage, so please keep that in mind.
Keep your thoughts loving and peaceful, but above all please learn how to put psychic protection around yourself, your loved ones including your fur babies, home, workplace and your vehicles. It is so simple to do and it is the intention that makes it powerful. Thought forms are indeed very powerful, that is why bad people create tulpas to harm others. We are living in times where one must use spiritual protection daily.
Put it to the test and see how well your spiritual protection works, give it at least a couple of weeks of daily practice and watch the results. Remember you are not responsible for other people's' actions either, that is on them.
