This is not a new subject to me and many people in the metaphysical world, researchers have written about this for several years but it is yet to become mainstream news for obvious reasons.
Wes Penre did a lot of research on this with a bibliography of where his research came from. The Psychiatrist Dr R Monroe also researched this as he was one of the sources of information that Wes came across in his research.
The New Dawn magazine also covered this phenomenon in a special edition volume 20 number 3.
I don’t subscribe to the belief of twin souls as the new angers do, I believe that is the higher self and the conscious self coming together. That is a more logical explanation which takes time to bring both together reaching a higher level of spirituality and consciousness. Trauma has a major role in soul splitting in both the spirit world prior to incarnation into the physical world.
Soul splitting is not just one soul split in two, into multiple fragments and it’s intergenerational, ancestral which includes health issues and especially mental illness, karma, traumas within a soul group that goes on indefinitely. Our reincarnations happen simultaneously across different timelines in a spiral from what I have read over the past 20 years. I don’t claim to be an expert on the subject nor do I claim to know everything, I am just sharing this information because it is important for all of humanity. One needs to do their own research into the subject from multiple sources and perspectives. I can only give you a jumping off point to start reading.

This little snippet here doesn’t cover the soul trap (going into the tunnel of light) in astral controlled by nefarious dark ET’s they caused this trauma when they hijacked this reality thousands of years ago. Think inter-dimensional beings and you are close to the mark. There are vast quantities of information dating way back to biblical times warring humanity of these evil beings, not just coming out of the Middle East this was recorded globally ingenious cultures have recorded such events especially native Americans (Hopi and Navajo) as their wise men were taught by some of these beings and the subterranean beings such as the ant people, then there is the Dogon tribe in Africa were very familiar with these beings interfering with humans over centuries. Not all are the same beings as there were several other star beings here up to the time of Noah.

I highly recommend this particular edition because it talks about the watchers in the famous book of Enoch and archons that directly influence human thought. In the article about the watchers there is a part mentioning the spirit put in prison, that means us humans in the physical body of death. We are pure spirits and enslaved in a physical tomb of the flesh. I have commented on this in other posts if you type those words into the search box.
This is a vital piece of human history thousands of years old and the original trauma that befell humanity was being cast down into the physical body as a direct insult to the divine feminine.
