They just won't do the job they are asked to do, even the US company Microchip Technology had to tell Telstra to upgrade months ago. So is it stupidity or just arrogant stupidity?
This is not good enough, it is high time the government bought Telstra back because they are obviously not competent as a private company and need to be held accountable to a higher power.
