For heaven’s sake this is absolutely ridiculous. Just focus on the reasons why you are there to join the zoom call. Just smile and speak; people notice your smile as you greet them, they are not there thinking about how you look, it’s what you are saying they are noticing.

It’s a bad sign to let ones appearance be so consuming. There are people in this world that’s only focus is trying to stay alive. Not concerned about how they look. Do you think they are worried about being disheveled; and what others think of them when they are trying to avoid starvation, being shot at, or persecuted or seriously ill and dying?
