This book is still available to buy online including The Nile book shop. I came across this a couple of days ago and thought others might like to read this too. It’s probably a good idea to buy the physical book if you’re interested along with Waite’s other books. Considering the possibility of not internet access the hard copy is a must have.
Just don’t lend your books to others because you never get them back even if your name is on it. Human nature being what it is, take care of your books.
