19 Signs of Vitamin D Deficiency

https://medical-news.org/signs-vitamin-d-deficiency/512/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=MN3&utm_campaign=23853409979870206&utm_content=23853409981090206_23853409993680206&fbclid=IwAR2ykzuF-z-7h7_EjBuKugrx2_vAFjt--HsKYzGt9cCApSWu6ACJgA_cRO4_aem_th_AcWGODoYwz_AH_YFoNe1TgpTRY83j18AxEl7onZK8Ga4mQ2IcZJs6lPvpreLm1Qe50aAIXcmSik46dMHBzAdENqN

People don’t realise how common this is, especially in winter and in countries that don’t get a lot of sunlight. If you live in an apartment and work full time, then it’s hard to get that sunlight.

Once you scroll through this article, there is one on magnesium deficiency please read that too. It is more often than not that we are deficient in magnesium. One of the first things you will notice is aching leg muscles and fatigue. Also magnesium taken orally is a waste of time and money. It is best absorbed transdermal in a cream form. I use this myself all the time. For muscle aches make sure that you drink enough water too because when muscles are not getting enough water they tighten up and can cause muscle aches and fatigue.

https://amazingoils.com.au/

This is the link for an Australian website that has a good magnesium cream, the spray leaves an icky texture on your skin, so use the cream. There is a great American brand called Ancient Minerals, I used to buy that but it’s very difficult to get recently, so I have been buying the Amazing Minerals Sleep lotion, which has lavender and chamomile essential oils. I guarantee that you will sleep well with that.

Bowel cancer symptoms: ‘Fit and healthy’ Aussie shares the early warning signs that led to agonising diagnosis

 https://7news.com.au/lifestyle/health-wellbeing/bowel-cancer-symptoms-fit-and-healthy-aussie-shares-the-early-warning-signs-that-led-to-agonising-diagnosis-c-10842533

Please read the entire news report,  it is yet another example of  ignorance and arrogance from doctors, she is a woman so she isn’t taken seriously as usual. This poor young lady has been put through an  unnecessary ordeal adding more suffering to her misery. We see this arrogance so many times and women are up poop creek in the end because of this attitude with delayed medical treatment. Just because the doctor has never seen a case of bowel cancer in a young person doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Bowel cancer strikes at any age and to anyone and that is a fact.

She has a right to call Ryan’s rule (or whatever state/territory you live in calls their version) on this when she is unable to access proper care in the hospital given this is a life threatening condition, (passing copious amounts of blood). All doctors know about Ryan’s rule and it will make them think twice before dismissing a patient presenting with such symptoms. Be assertive if you know something is not right with your body, your life depends on it, be assertive but not rude. Just politely state that you would like a second opinion from someone else and preferably ask for a specialist in the area of health that your symptoms are aligned with, in her case a gastroenterologist. Given that she is constantly passing blood which is not normal, it should be setting off alarm bells with doctors immediately that alongside anaemia and her other symptoms.

Even ulcerative colitis happens in young people and it has similar symptoms. My husband was 21 when he had it and he was one of the worst cases, his body would not respond to any treatment resulting in the removal of a large amount of intestines. Life after surgery has many complications too, it is not a walk in the park lifestyle I can assure you. Surgery to remove an ileostomy never lasts long either, within five years many people end up back with the ileostomy as was the case with my husband. Then the risk of a hernia in the years to come. Depending on the individual surgery may not be an option to repair a hernia, again as is the case with my husband he has three inoperable hernias.

Chron’s disease or the worst one Chron’s-Colotis is also a disease that happens to young people Chrons-Colitis can happen in any part of the digestive tract from the top to bottom. You don’t have to be in your 30’s to get this either there are much younger people who have this condition.

Passing blood is not normal especially if it is on going, dark coloured blood is old blood that has been in the body a while, fresh blood is bright red. Don’t under state your symptoms when seeing a doctor or they will not take you seriously, give them plenty information to help them reach a correct diagnosis.

Underplaying symptoms does not give the doctor enough information. Lay out your symptoms and how long they have been happening even the symptoms that you are not sure are related because they may well be very relevant. Your life may well be on the line. Stage three cancer is very serious, stage four is fatal.

Bowel cancer is slow growing so you may be unaware of it until you start seeing signs, if it’s caught early enough the chances of survival are high. If the cancer is progressing and passes through the walls of the organ then that’s extremely serious.

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/crohns-disease/symptoms-causes/syc-20353304

The symptoms for females is slightly different to males, you can google the symptoms and find other information that is not covered by this link.

 https://www.bowelcanceraustralia.org/women

This is Bowel Cancer Australia in women link, it mentions a 24 year old woman, like I said at the top about being young and female, the doctor didn’t know it happened in younger women. What sort of doctor doesn’t know this, not a very good one obviously. Assumption is the mother of all screw ups. Never assume anything, find facts and get results. This poor woman had all the damn symptoms when she presented to A and E each time and no doubt saw a different doctor each time she presented. I sure hope that she stays in remission and is able to enjoy the rest of her life with the family that she dreams to have.

One final thought is; patients are a vital source of knowledge to assist doctors in the course of their careers. They meet a diverse range of people to garner information from, to assist them in recognising illnesses in patients they meet so everything is helpful one way or another.

UPDATE: Teenager with bowel cancer, it doesn’t get rougher than that 😭 she is lucky it was picked up in time. Let’s hope she stays in remission and can lead a full and happy life. Alcohol definitely plays a large part in bowel cancer, excessive drinking makes you a high candidate for bowel cancer.

British cardiologist calls for inquiry into mRNA vaccines

 https://canberraweekly.com.au/british-cardiologist-calls-for-inquiry-into-mrna-vaccines/

This! Now go read up on the amount of young people especially athletes that have had a heart attack or dropped dead from the shot. You wonder why there is a suppression of 75 years on this? Anyone that was involved in the manufacturing of the vaccines and those pushing it on the public won’t be alive to be prosecuted. We are currently up to the 7th vax and they won’t stop this graphene oxide cash cow.

The media also demonises any health professionals and especially virologists when they are presenting evidence of their findings. The media are deliberately making out these medical experts are conspiracy theorists. Ask yourself why they are doing that. Why are they attacking health professionals who actually know their job and are well informed of facts and can clearly demonstrate their findings? It is clear that the media are part of the problem because they are being directed to ridicule and silence any medical expert on this matter.

Notice the processed foods and statin drugs comment., satin drugs are not as safe as we thought and this has been in the news many times before. It’s all about the money and power over people’s lives. If people are smart they should be printing off news articles like this and keeping them on file showing the date the article was published. In fact copies of articles in the Lancet and the BMJ too because they can be removed from public domain if the powers that be decide to remove them. We know the internet gets scrubbed regularly and for that reason we should keep copies of important articles so that there is proof of what has beefed revealed on any important issues.

Western Diet Identified as Risk Factor For Alzheimer's Disease, Scientists Warn

 https://www.sciencealert.com/western-diet-identified-as-risk-factor-for-alzheimers-disease-scientists-warn

There is way too much rubbish and processed food in the western diet especially in English speaking countries. Fast food, highly processed meats which are full of sulphates and other chemicals, high sugar content in food, refined sugar and corn syrup, fats and chemicals. Think about highly processed tinned foods, breakfast cereals and soft drinks. Add chemical fertilisers over the decades that have replaced natural fertilisers and these remove nutrients from the earth and this in turn yields less nutrients in our crops, and we have known this for years now. I have always wondered what these chemicals do to our bodies year after year. Do these chemicals build up in our bodies? What are the long term effects on our bodies from chemical fertilisers in our food chain?

Feeding children a modern diet that is full of harmful ingredients sets these children up for health problems and behavioural issues. Parents are time poor these days and currently there is a difficulty in affordable healthy food, so to feed their children they have to turn to what they can afford.

Healthy diets to me are the Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Asian diets. But moderation is part of the process in establishing a healthy diet and lifestyle. If we in the western world went back to a pre ww2 diet we would be much healthier, however our lifestyle today makes it very difficult for everyone to do this. I am trying to do this myself and it is not easy for me. Life is busy and time is short nowadays but we need to take matters into our own hands if we are to stay healthy and help prepare for old age by being responsible for our own health by being careful about what we eat.

As we age the whole cooking thing becomes tiresome to many people so this is where people often get fed up with cooking and take easier options. I do think that the damage is done before we get to the stage of not wanting to cook a meal because we are old and tired. Pinpointing when the risk of plaque building up in the brain is the tricky part. What age should we be getting assessed for memory loss? Are we going to be fobbed off by doctors that just doesn’t have the time to investigate each patient for signs of dementia because there are so many people developing dementia?

There is a shortage of doctors currently and the western world’s health system is falling apart,  so who knows how long it will be before we get an adequate amount of new doctors to step in to close the gap. Meanwhile people are aging and developing dementia and unaware that they are in the early stages of dementia. It’s a frightening illness and we are unable to control the disease at this stage, and how long will it be before we get a big breakthrough in treating dementia.

‘You mean there’s nothing?’ The families fighting for their children with dementia

 https://www.theguardian.com/society/2023/may/15/you-mean-theres-nothing-the-families-fighting-for-their-children-with-dementia

Such a heartbreaking story here, nobody expects this sort of thing to happen to their children. The government need to understand this is a deadly disability and not part of parenting, it is no different to an adult with dementia. Disabilities do not discriminate on age or gender but they decimate families and NDIS will try to avoid helping people at the best of times, the way they assess people in need is very unfair. Lets hope human decency can turn this around for a good outcome for all of those children suffering from dimentia and their families.

A ticking bomb': This illness is now killing more people than COVID-19 or AIDS

 https://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/a-ticking-bomb-this-illness-is-now-killing-more-people-than-covid-19-or-aids/2r0dwuf6z

TB has never gone away and is usually due to poor sanitation and poor hygiene. What a horrible thing to suffer from and in war zones it is extremely difficult to obtain adequate supplies of antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications to treat infection. It angers me to see the never ending cycle of suffering in third world countries  of poverty, disease and misery. Obviously it is very difficult and even dangerous in some countries traveling to get medical attention never mind access to clean drinking water and sanitation which as we know are basic human rights. Treatment of  TB is slow usually it’s about 6 to 12 months of continuous treatment.

The past three years have demonstrated how easily infection can spread,  but also how quickly people revert back to their usual habits when they think the danger is over. This itself is a concern with preventive disease as people tend to take the attitude of it won’t happen to me. Not just that, many people ignore the possibility of spreading infection to others as we have seen through lockdown, not everyone behaves in a responsible manner to prevent transmission.

I would not wish this on anyone especially when there are shortages of medicines and a shortage of medical personnel globally. Unfortunately the risk of disease and death is always much greater in times of war and humanitarian crises, we have to just deal with the consequences of life in such circumstances as best we can. I pray that this situation can be resolved soon my heart goes out to all those suffering.

Something deadly growing inside Candice 'exploded' the moment doctors cut into her

 https://honey.nine.com.au/latest/ovarian-cancer-candice-hung-world-ovarian-cancer-day-ocrf/c7dba9da-976e-401e-8970-9af1832fc208

Please take the time to read this article about ovarian cancer. My mother died of this at 61 just weeks after her birthday and three days short of her 40th wedding anniversary. She had no illness in her life until this happened. She was diagnosed at stage 4 when she went to the doctor in pain and had emergency exploratory surgery. There was nothing could be done to help her, six months later she was dead. I saw her go from a size 18 down to a skeleton in that time. This cancer is brutal and there are no symptoms to warn you about this silent killer. A CA125 blood test is available to check for various cancers and you family doctor can do this test. See the link below for more information on a CA125. Most importantly don’t neglect your health, have regular medical checkups. Just because you don’t have a medical history of cancer in your family doesn’t mean that you can’t get cancer. My mother was the only person in my family to have ovarian cancer, she was just unlucky he family live into their 90’s usually.

Science Alert: Mysterious Surge of Activity Detected in The Brains of Dying People

 https://www.sciencealert.com/mysterious-surge-of-activity-detected-in-the-brains-of-dying-people

Interesting how they get lucky catching these experiences at random times. It is a tricky thing to have the scientific equipment in use at the right moment but it may not happen in every single case. I guess it will be a mystery for a while longer.

Mouse Study Reveals An Immune Cell That May Cause Fibromyalgia

 https://www.sciencealert.com/mouse-study-reveals-an-immune-cell-that-may-cause-fibromyalgia

Ah, that old pain in the bum Fibromyalgia. Every time I have a blood test done the doctor always finds it puzzling why I always seem to have a low level inflammation in my body. Obviously it’s the fibromyalgia causing it. But after reading this article I thought women are probably more prone due to our hormones. Who knows, but it’s something to be looked into.

The 'red line' warning sign all parents should be aware of: 'Knew something was off'

 https://honey.nine.com.au/parenting/what-causes-red-streak-on-kids-feet/7193f2cb-1330-4c0a-a805-cf88bb7d6f82

Assumption is the mother of all screw ups. When in doubt check it out, go to the hospital and get tested.

I know of a few people that dismissed serious symptoms and they are no longer in this world. Also a mother’s intuition should tell her something isn’t right. Don’t waste time debating whether it’s serious or deadly. I would rather be told by the doctor that I was mistaken than arranging a funeral. Yes on the very rare occasion doctors can get it wrong too, so if you are still feeling that your child or family member has a serious medical condition then politely ask for a second opinion. My family have experienced both situations, so I don’t sit back and do nothing. Be wise and be safe.

Toxic PFAS chemicals used in packaging can end up in food, study finds

 https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2023/apr/17/pfas-forever-chemicals-food-containers-study

Everything that is supposedly “green “ turns out to be dangerous and toxic. This again highlights the hiding of true dangers in green products. If I go on a picnic I use stainless steel cutlery and have a proper picnic hamper with washable plates and cups. I keep a small set of stainless steel cutlery for two in my car and bpa fee plastic cups in my car to use at anytime, just in case I stop at a takeaway for lunch and wash them when I return home.

People need to look into the good old tried and true ways of taking items from home when going on a short road trip or picnic. Bring a bag or container for the dirty dishes and that way you don’t have rubbish left in the environment. For the off chance of an impromptu meal keep a small amount of cups and cutlery in the boot or trunk of your car. No chance of eating with toxic chemicals on disposable cutlery or disposable cups etc. Think how cheap china plates can be purchased in the supermarket these can be washed and reused. Just store them wrapped in cheap tea towels to prevent breakage in a box in the back of the car. Kids just love a surprise picnic and this way all you need to do is just buy the food and off you go.

19 home remedies for a bloated stomach

 https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/the-health-hub/conditions/digestive-health/what-to-drink-for-a-bloated-stomach/

This website has some great information about  stomach bloating and how to treat it. For some people drinking regular tea can cause stomach bloating and embarrassing wind. It can make life pretty miserable for those that suffer from IBS and other conditions not to mention the pain endured. I didn’t know that apples can cause bloating and flatulence.

Eliminating problem foods and drinks no matter how much you enjoy them is the only way to solve the problem. You may find as you get older that you are no longer able to eat things that you once enjoyed. Your health is not worth compromising when it comes to avoiding foods that cause you pain and discomfort.

If all fails buy a kite.🤣🤣 Ah; that’s just so me to sneak a fart joke in at the end.

Well known buffer against cognitive decline has zero effect study finds

 https://www.sciencealert.com/well-known-buffer-against-cognitive-decline-has-zero-effect-study-finds

Nutrition and education go hand in hand. A healthy body means that you can focus more efficiently, hence improving your cognitive functioning to absorb more knowledge. People have lost the basic knowledge of nutrition in their everyday lives. Relying on more and more refined and processed foods and less on whole foods, this leads to health impairments and in return poor cognitive functioning.

Did you know that you can find out more about your health from an astrological standpoint? Everything is laid out in black and white. The clear risks and possibilities if you take certain steps or you can prevent them; generally by simply being aware of the risks and possible consequences if you fail to follow advice.

This is a verifiable fact and only someone that is unwilling to explore this subject fails to understand the importance and value of having an astrological chart done with follow up questions that can be answered using horary astrology charts, these are questions put to the astrologer during a consultation. World leaders use astrologers for this reason especially when it comes to elections or war, to give a rough example.

Holy Cow, this is frightening. I know using expired eye drops is highly dangerous but this is a whole different story. Using expired eye drops can result in losing your eye or eyes. But this is contaminated medicine out of the factory.

Check your medicine cabinet immediately and do not use these eye drops.

Young vets push for brighter future for industry to reduce burnout, improve mental health

 https://www.abc.net.au/news/rural/2023-03-11/young-vets-push-for-brighter-future-to-reduce-burnout/102061974

It’s not a glamorous job, it’s a calling for these wonderful people that love animals so much and want to devote their lives to health and welfare of animals. Caring too much that it can become too much heartache and burnout.

I have immense respect for veterinarians and veterinary nurses, they work under so much pressure and responsibility. They put their hearts into their work and we would be lost without these wonderful people.

If only there were enough people to support them and some backup support for all of them, like human doctors and nurses. They all give above and beyond when it comes to saving lives and the human factor of compassion. I hope that something good comes out of this for their sake and for the animals too.

Every kind word and gesture from the public and fur parents is important to let these heroes know that they matter. Their skills are beyond the abilities of most people but the burden is heavy, so showing our support and respect to lift up and comfort those that save the lives of our fur babies is the least we can do.

So let’s do a good deed for this valuable community of health professionals to show them how much we care for them. Whether it’s giving them a gift like a box of chocolates to share, make donations or help by donating blankets and other supplies that are always in need or any other way to show our support. Let them know that we care about their health and wellbeing always.

Canberra Hospital's cardiac services has 'unacceptable' deterioration, doctors say

 https://www.canberratimes.com.au/story/8115255/unacceptable-and-dangerous-deterioration-in-cardiology-doctors-say/

And here we go again, the capital city of Australia’s Canberra Hospital further degrading in health care. This in not the fault of the hard working doctors and nurses. These doctors and nurses are stressed beyond repair and this obviously affects the quality of health care of patients including the patients mental health. Knowing their hands are tied by upper management, doctors and nurses are struggling to cope. In turn they can and do become snappy with their patients because of their inability to get upper management to listen and understand their concerns and public safety. This could end up with legal action against the hospital by patients should things negatively affect their health due to the hospital’s failures.

This is about money over peoples lives pure and simple. Remove the incompetent top brass and replace them with actual doctors with years of experience in their fields, not pen pushers that clearly don’t understand or even listen to serious medical advice given by doctors and nurses who are actually directly involved in their specialty area of care. Not little gods that fiddle while Rome burns.

The cardiology department working solidly, yeah right. So explain to me why I haven’t heard a word from the cardiology department yet? My referral was lodged a year ago but so far I haven’t received any response, my referral will have expired by now.

If the minister is not up to the job of managing the hospitals and the so called management then both she and the incompetent staff must be removed immediately. People’s lives are at risk, so how long is this train wreck allowed to continue? You’re call health minister, without the lip service bull shit!

Presently I don’t have faith in faith in an ACT Liberal government either. They have been unable to demonstrate their capabilities in leading over the past few years. This whole situation demonstrates to the public how much of an epic failure the health administration system truly is.

I would be terrified of having a life threatening illness and being under the care of this hospital;  given the current long term circumstances that don’t seem to be improving any time soon. My heart goes out to the sick and their families as well as the medical staff and their families trying to cope with this terrible situation through no fault of their own.

UPDATE: 27 June 2023: I finally got to see a cardiologist last month and the doctor was very nice and very apologetic. He should not have to apologise for something that is not his fault. Tests this Thursday.

Depressive Symptoms And Memory Loss in Older Adults Linked to Telomere Shortening

 https://www.sciencealert.com/depressive-symptoms-and-memory-loss-in-older-adults-linked-to-telomere-shortening

Quite an interesting finding, I am surprised that poor diet and the gut-brain-blood barrier is not mentioned because these are also involved in our mental health and aging. Today many people have a poor diet and consume too much processed foods and soft drinks.

The lack of natural fertiliser in the soil results in poor nutrition from fruit and vegetable crops and these poor quality crops then enter the food chain. Leaky gut syndrome also plays a role in our all over health and the brain/mind,  leading to depression and perhaps dementia. A wholistic outlook could be the answer to preventing dementia and depression, but that stops big pharma from making money.

It is down to the individual to learn about nutrition and take responsibility for their own health. But we humans tend to get lazy and let things slide.

Conscription in Australia, spirit message

Reading some astrological stuff online and I hear February 2029 Australia will bring back conscription. I just hope that I am wrong on this...
