ANZAC DAY 2022, 25th April

The tomb of the unknown soldier in the Australian War Memorial Canberra

   After two years of lockdown we can now have ANZAC Day celebrations again. This has been the only time in history that ANZAC Day has ever been canceled. Let’s hope that never happens again our veterans mean so much to us as do those that gave their lives for us. Lest we forget.

They shall grow not old,
as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them,
nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun
and in the morning
We will remember them.

Lest we forget!

First cup of tea of the morning

 Here we go again, I get up early, and bright eyed and bushy tailed for a change and sit in my chair to enjoy my first cup of tea of the day...
